Not denying any of that,but would you say there's less demand now for lft's than this time last year,and are there more suppliers now available ?

We CE marked the Mologic/Visitect test for pro-use in March '21,still in the grip of the pandemic.Has so far yielded a £700k DAM order. Can we realistically expect larger orders now for the home-test,as the pandemic seems to be morphing into a less brutal endemic and the market-place has become more saturated ? If DAM would hurry up and get more branches opened throughout Europe i'd be much more confident.
FDA may yet prove pivotal,as will CTDA extension (followed by approval hopefully...zzzzzzz)

A poster (sorry,can't remember the name - MrBigDeal perhaps ?) posted here in last couple of weeks regarding the overdraft facility.They had mentioned that it was to cover for an export order which required an export licence.Seemed to be knowledgeable in that area.Hasn't been mentioned since.Are we missing something with regards to a direct link between the overdraft facility and possible orders post-FDA pro-use approval ?

@appletree.I think you're correct. If Avacta were stopped by the CTDA regs from selling in Uk,then i'm sure we're in the same boat.News on a CTDA extension before/on the 10th would be very significant here.

For the UK tho i would assume CTDA takes prioriry.I'm assumimg if we were able to sell in UK after CE approval it would have been highlighted long before now.Honestly don't know so clarification needed.

@Doom.Good news,the more removals of inaccurate tests the merrier.

Max. Are you saying the CE mark means we can sell Visitect in the UK now ? I doubt it, but if this is true,that's massive news as it opens up DAM's customer base at home.Didn't Wallbrook just clarify that we are good to go in EU without mention of UK ?Can anyone verify this (as i know there are specifications on different types of product and CTDA regs only came into play recently )

Freddie.I think we've both been here long enough to ascertain that i am certainly not a game player..if it is me who you are referring to.I have relentlessly backed ODX,and Colin,the whole way down to these levels. I'm looking for coherent opinions,that's all.I've already bought more here last week,just nowhere near as much as i would have given fundraising concerns. If you are not concerned and it doesn't affect your strategy here,that's up to you.I certainly do not know anywhere near everything there is to know regarding ODX,this is why i am seeking other musibgs from some of the more learned posters on here,in an attempt to claw back my losses.Btw..ii's weren't too interested up to now..hopefully that will change.

What does this even mean really ? I know the financial markets have a dose of the jitters atm but what would Jag be waiting for ? A new and dangerous variant? Hospitilsations numbers to rise again ? Russia to back off the Ukraine ?
Why did they begin sounding out investment if they were waiting for more 'favourable conditions' ?..testing the water doesn't wash.
You could be right @marik,the SP could rise some more before a fundraise is announced. If it was to the dizzying heights of +500% without a raise,all lth's losses would be recouped (or at least a large proprotion of ) and a 20% discounted fundraise at that point wouldn't even cause a blink. 6 months without a placing..can't see it.

Let's hope so @ marik.We raised here at 40p in June '20.We've since expanded facilities,upscaled capacity and employed more staff,so plenty of growth,just not in the SP unfortunatley.We need orders,but, then again,that's what we've been needing here for a lomg time. Upside still much greater than the downside,it's more difficult now tho for lth's to continue hoping and to continue backing this horse.After such a terrible beating tho,ironically it's probably the most logical solution.

I partook in the recent open offer at ABDX @ 25p..currently 18.5p.Placings ideally good for growth,not always ideal for the shareholder tho.(see also tils,sng before it rebounded) Patience,as always,required here..there must be a good few 'Jobes' here at this stage! Interesting few weeks ahead.

Still agree that this is value for money at this SP,.just think a placing is nailed on before any substantive order news arrives.

@marik. I admire your positivity,an emotion i held here myself amidst all the disappointments to date. You mention a £750m order,quite something if it were ever to happen..but surely in that event,or anything near it, you would assume an mcap much much higher than £70m ?? In the year preceding covid SP moved in the 10-15p range,so 15p was at the upper limit.We are just below those levels now when u account for dilution since then.Plus,there are many EU approved antigen self tests out there already.Granted,many have yet to confirm Omicron detection levels similat to original S and S percentages.I counted 13 confirmed tests currently on the EU list but i'm assuming most of the others are still available and being sold.Where do you foresee such a large order comimg from ?

Think it's fair to say thay CK would have been aware that EU approval was going to take a few months and that in the meantime,DAM would be extending further into EU and further afield.
