Hi chickster, yes that may well be the case. We may be sitting on an unprecedented amount of oil too. Success is also a stepped process to a degree to the point that what the BOD's announce has to have some truth to it. If it cannot there needs to be forewarning that it cannot be achieved. If he waits any longer and announces the fact that he cannot achieve it he will be annihilated. I am hopeful in that fact that a successful FO will be announced prior.
