Another announcement to have no positive SP impact. I personally think it is great that a farminee has finally been selected. It could have done without the ' no deal is done until it is done'. Could have been worded in a slightly more favourable way such as ' the parties are now negotiating the terms of the offer in the hope of a successful conclusion'. It is self explanatory and a given that if terms cannot be agreed upon it will not proceed. It don't need to be said the way it was said. In saying that I feel it will proceed even if DW has to pull his pants down. He cannot afford for it not to at this stage. Good luck all.

In any case I do think Dave needs some assistance with his PR skills and doc writing. He is simply not the greatest communicator that has ever lived. I think it would be money very well spent.

Hi 01234, all the best to mate. You have to do what you have to do and your family is the most important. You may well have made the right decision. No one knows what the future holds. I am the same, 2 kids and a missus I jumped in the dunes!! I also hold a lot of shares of which I paid too much for and seriously in the red. Yes my decision also.
