You pretty much just go hard as you can until you go somewhat pale but stop before you get a green tinge. Then stay off it for a week to regenerate (one of our dormant subsidiaries by the way) and then have another go!!!

Depends how far you want to go I suppose. Anyhow on another note- currently enjoying my 50 litre keg of Budweiser in my outrageous home bar.
