Yes it is a concern and as a current player 2nd ed btw I'd be very concerned for the companies future unde them.

For Amazon it would make perfect sense though.

It's probably the 1 share I have that i never want to get taken over.

Our store smashed its current week sales target by a big margin. Obviously this is just 1 store and others could be different but its also in a not so well off area.

I wondered that a while ago. Not many UK based companies that have the growth they do. However I doubt it will be as big of an even as a company entering the s and p 500. But it can't hurt.

Amazon clearly want to have some sort of story involving either a female led character changing the ways or beliefs of a culture or a male one who realises his culture is wrong. But thats not the point of 40k. There is no personal growth, no hope and a horrific universe of suffering for almost all.

Im just about back to break even on these having bought at 1800 2500 a little at 3000 and then 1200 and very few at 900. i agree further rate cuts will raise this (not back to all time highs) but to 2000s and should see a bit better divs to boot.

shortage of labour for houses yes but they will find a way and interest rate cuts will have a bigger effect than labour imo.

Biggest risk to this share is good results but then promising staff a huge ammount of it. thats what happened with the last big drop.

I don't want psn to buy it from Lgen. Likely chance of a dilution to fund it.

So basicly they bought at a higher price and wull be making a loss with this deal. Otherwise they would have approved.

Annoying for me as i have both L&G and Persimmon. And Persimmon don't have the cash to buy and with interest rates being high I can see a share dilution for them ie me happening to raise funds. Have sold a samll ammount of my persimmon shares incase they get this and the price falls will use that to buy more at the lower price.

This seems to need some sort of mega news to break £100. A good share to trade from £95-£100 but this is one of my buy and holds.

Re empty shops. Do they not own them? I had that in my head. But the hops are used for games nights. My local one went from just a downstairs with two tables to play on to moving up the street with on that had a HUGE upstairs area with 20 plus tables.

If interest rates rise id think dividend paying stocks will be back in demand.

The 50p dividend the way it was handled shafted us. shares dropped anyway. Id have rather have had the payout and option to buy more with it than what they did.
