Understood, thanks for the reply.

I was thinking if consolidation say 10:1 then shares in circulation drops from 13 billion to 1.3 billion so less to trade / hold. Of course value stays same ... I assumed lees to go around so more in sticky hands / ii's so less fluid / liquidity!

Just a thought, if as seems expected, GGP consolidate 5:1 or 10:1 or whatever ratio, that would only reduce number of shares and liquidity?

Would that be a good thing based on your Aussie fun manager friend's thoughts?

Thanks for the replies, Must have missed that bit about Wyloo and proof of ability to fund raise for ASX, I was fairly sure that nice Mr. Day said unlikely a fund raise needed!

Have I read this line correct ... there may be new shares issued when we go on ASX ? Is this a fundraise, an ASX requirement or a just-in-case statement? {and to be issued share capital of Greatland Resources}

Following completion of the ASX Listing and AIM Admission, it is proposed that the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Greatland Resources would be listed on both the ASX and AIM, expected to be under the "GGP" ticker.

10000 shares, worth £90 ! And annoyingly as I was naive in early covid ... bought upto the 180 - 200p price... and didn't sell as they fell!

My own fault, I hoped SNG001 would come good, and didn't want to take a loss!

Ohh well, live and learn.

Now, hoping GGP make up up the loss on this AND Cineworld!

I did one here last week via H&L, they sold them from fund account, bought back in isa almost immediately, I did OK as price fell during the transactions so sold and bought at 12.9 each ... just cost me about 110 shares due to fees!

Think you'll find it's a cross listing with AIM and ASX.

Had a limit buy set over the weekend for this mornings open at .305, it failed. Was looking on here NOT my platform with live prices, and missed the brief drop to around .23

Been out this afternoon, now look at that SP .. nice!

Bed & ISA via HL completed this morning, 12.9 each way, about 110 shares less now! HL must have caught them on the drop...

And down on them in ISA as price fell straight after.

As they were a tranche from ages ago average at 12.2 actually made a few quid in the Fund account!

Might as well make up to a round number now at this price.
