I guess this means the directors have opted for voluntary Aministration. This may mean that the company still has a chance (albeit after a large restructuring). I dont know what that means for the shareholders though. Any ideas?

Very quiet here today, considering the nice increase. This share is now by best performer. Anyone think this rise can be sustained?

I heard rumour during the weekend that MCI were in deep trouble. Seems they are in tanks with a private equity group about a cash injection in return for control of the company. Also a couple of the banks are also in talks about taking a stake. http://www.insolvencyjournal.ie/news/10-08-11/McInerney_in_restructuring_talks.aspx Any stake will lead to dilution of shares, but new capital may spur things along because projects can get completed. Not wure what that will mean for the SP. I myself am buying an MCI home (about 90%) complete thankfully. Its all a bit worrying...

Any reason for the further fall?

Jeez, This is a seriously low price for these shares. Damn glad I didnt buy at 14p last year. If I can find a decent exit point with some of my shares, I may sell a few to pile into this company.

I live in Ireland and am actually buying an McInerney house off the plans. I had been waiting since Janurary for them to start building but it kept being delayed. Apparently because they had problems getting credit. Well they have apparently secured the credit now and are back on site as of yesterday. Maybe things will start picking up now..

I actually topped up some more again since the ask price dropped down to .45 for a time. I love the idea of this product and hopefully when the construction and materials industry recovers in a year or so, more deals will be announced.

Just spotted this share on ShareClub. I like the idea!! I will seriously consider taking a punt.

I think once the scrappage scheme expires next year. The Industry will take another dip. I will think about selling shortly before the schrappage scheme ends. Thoughts?

People are saying to take a punt here. Not intending to deramp but this is a 40% jump on a "possible" deal, nothing is confirmed. It should retrace later today...

In the long run, it will increase the SP, since the shares in circulation will be less liquid (less of them in circulation). But in the short term, it will cause the SP to fall. Thats my limited experience... I am quite dissapointed with these shares. I just hope that after consolidation, and then the 3rd quarter UK economy results,. The SP will rise enough for me to bail...

Why the sudden drop all of a sudden? I have been watching these shares for a week now and am surprised. Havent heard any news...

SBDB is trading like mad today, Almost all buys... Hopefully this will translate into a modest rise sometime soon.
