completely agree with your earlier post, been holding for a couple of years (not quite as long as you) but long enough enough to realise comms from the company have been extremely poor over the period, an opaque RNS every 3-6 months is not acceptable, EUA have now been hinting at a potential sale for years long enough that shareholders should now be given clear update & timeframe, not ambiguity and silence

I really hope EUA release a follow up update soon this is now officially the worst performing share in my portfolio over the last 6 months

Sounds like government getting a foot in the door before any sale is agreed

I didn’t say eua were an investment company however eua are a plc owned by share holders the BOD are charged with ensuring they do what’s best for the business and indirectly shareholders, similarly investment companies are charged with increasing the value of client portfolio, a 50% drop in value is a 50% drop whichever way you look at it, why are we singing the praises of one and not the other, we all know there are no guarantees as stated in their last RNS, I really hope they pull this sale off because if not we have all been singing their praises for nothing

It’s the uncertainty that’s causing the SP to drift steadily downward, even a vague update advising they are looking to make a decision on any offers binding/non-binding before summer would ease investor confidence and steady the SP
