AIM rule 15 & AIM rule 4 result in the company seeking shareholder approval!!! so what’s the delay ??? Come on BOD lay the deal out for shareholders to review and approve or reject

Yeah I really hope you’re right we’ve all waited long enough now & actions speak louder than words so let’s hope the BOD start acting on their promises soon eh

When our BOD & saviours are likely to start increasing shareholder value in EUA!!!
barely heard a peep since they announced it in the RNS, unless you count the AGM RNS which seemed to be pretty much asking shareholders to approve issues them more share options,
Time they started honouring their promises after the last 9 months stagnation/ decline in SP

But I suppose we can take heart in the fact the BOD have said they are looking to maximise shareholder value, no mention of how (or when) but they definitely said it so it’s definitely, possibly, maybe, could be, might be, true

BOD siting in clover for another 12 months once their proposed resolutions have been passed, nice salaries & plenty of options just in case a sale or dividend actually appears at some point in the distant future,

all that legal jargon and investors are still non the wiser what they’ll actually be voting for
You never know we might actually see something in plain English one of these days (but I won’t be holding my breath)

Other than we are focusing on one potential bidder instead of multiple show me anything from the last RNS you could hang your proverbial hat on, it was long winded but actually gave investors no information or time frame

and it doesn’t make any difference to the points raised
at the end of the day the BOD have provided investors with nothing concrete for a long time

updates full of ifs, buts and maybe’s are not acceptable, statements advising they are looking to increase shareholder value means nothing unless there is some detail, it’s their job to do that for god sake, the same as every other BOD
their hardly going to say we’re looking to decrease shareholder value are they

That’s just it folio the detail isn’t there is it!
and I think you’ll find if enough investors ask the company will need to provide a response be it via email or RNS after all investors are paying their wages

it’s not an unreasonable to request an update with some clarity after this length of time for all we know the interested party/parties could have offered a fraction of some of the speculation on here and other sites, if this is the case a lot of long term investors might have moved on some time ago

yes the BOD are paid to look after investors interests but in all fairness what proof do we have to show they are looking after ours after all this time?

we have all been guessing and fantasising for years I for one would like a genuine clear update which will allow me to make an informed decision moving forward, I’ve had it with all the fantasising & guesswork ( I’m sure I’m not the only one)

That’s exactly what we have all been doing for the last 2 years, we’re still here & still have no idea when the self proclaimed “sale of the century” is likely to happen, the SP stagnated last year
Show me some hard evidence (anything whatsoever) that all this faith and good will we have given the BOD over the period is going to pay off

Instead of speculating on here year after year it’d probably be more productive if shareholders all started to email EUA investor relations to request clarification /timeline re their last update
Instead of singing their praises year after year giving the impression they can do no wrong

As much as I would like to be in the middle of a multi trillion tug of war I seriously doubt the SP would still be lingering in a 25-30p trading range for over 9 months if this were the case
The BOD have already stated they are now focusing on one serious offer (unless we’re now saying we don’t believe the last update) although as previously stated there was a serious lack of clarity & no time frame whatsoever

agreed but then again we’re not talking days, weeks or even months here, we’re into years and shareholders shouldn’t be made to feel there not entitled to request clarity from the BODs, who are paid very well for doing very little by the way
it’s not like there having to work the open mines daily now is it

the fact long term shareholders have multibagged after waiting for years has nothing to do with the BOD’s poor performance and lack of updates,

Please tell us in your opinion what’s a reasonable time frame for a clear update? given the company has been going through this potential sale for years and are no longer have any real reason to withhold any information

I didn’t vote for anything, you keep trying to defend the BOD if you want as stated earlier I’m out of patience, after waiting all this time I won’t be selling until conclusion nut make no mistake EUA is becoming a millstone for a lot of folk here
I for one can’t wait to be rid of them

we all know about the NDAs it’s the reason we’ve all had to sit in silence for so long defending the BODs silence, I’m sorry but I’m all out of sympathy after waiting for 2 years, even now after all this time they are diluting our investments, why is this if we have serious offers on the table, yet here we are still afraid to question their actions, the BOD must enjoy the fact they can sit in silence without having to defend their actions to the shareholders
