Simon Davies has been snapping up shares here for months and months on end. Never selling, only buying on dips. If it goes pear shaped - yeah, he's out of a **** ton of money and so will many others. However, to sink this amount in tells me all that I need to know for the long haul. I'm sure his due diligence beats mine to put in such a chunk of cash.
I've held here from mid to high 1's to mid 3 and I'm still here at 1.9 and wouldn't give up my shares for 10.
Would Simon Davis' shares show up as delayed publication? If so, looks like another buyer(s) scopping them up.
A sea of blue at the mo. Truly thrown the kitchen sink at this one since the decline, looks like others have too.
Let’s see if Mr Davies appears again tommorow.
Hope so cmin. He is accruing on the dips and not selling..this is a long play by Mr Davies.
Thank you Mr Davies. Nicely timed.
1.8p? Why do you expect it will dip that low? That’s going back to prior year fundamentals and your statement seems more like an effort to spook the board..
Tbh, from what i’ve heard and read from Claire’s interviews, she appears to be very clear cut and to the point and unlike many directors on AIM appears to have integrity and a genuine desire to build businesses rather than destroy both the company, and share holder sentiment at the same time as laughing and pocketing PI’s cash...unlike many cowboys that have come and gone (including Rightster).
If she wasn’t aware of this sell off then i imagine there will be a bollocking of epic proportions on the cards. It’s certainly left a sour taste in PI’s mouths, and we already have one shaky II in Invesco. It’s also undone a lot of the positive reputation that she has worked hard to restore, so I take it she is not best pleased today.
Unfortunately, the timing of this sale which is probs closed period would have largely gone unnoticed on a positive reception to yesterdays accounts. Curious to see what the next few months bring.
Concerned? Makes a change on AIM :)
Shocking that it could have been avoided, but hey ho - a new day tomorrow.
Same. Suprised they responded so quickly tbh - must be in damage limitation mode.
Looks like we all received the template letter haha.
They must have drafted it up in anticipation of a raft of angry emails.
Agreed - a statement would have helped to soften the blow. Today and yesterday have been an absolute shower considering that this is a business on the up. Continuing to hold, through gritted teeth - in the expectation that there is a lot to come this year.
Once again, for a company that deals directly in engagement with an audience - they do a poor job in investor relations.
So here it is;
"Due to personal financial commitments, Paul Campbell White has reduced his holding in Brave Bison. He remains a shareholder with a 0.25% holding in Brave Bison. This transaction in no way reflects Mr. Campbell White’s confidence in the Company and its future growth potential. The Company is in a robust financial position having reported its inaugural profits in its FY results, published this week."
Yeah, there is support again which is good. Hopefully there isn't another RNS tomorrow and then it should gain a bit of momentum.
Of all the fking luck though, I topped up an hour before that RNS went out.
Looks more like a very well planned tree shake ahead of something bigger. I'm still up 20% even after all of this complete guff and not selling my shares! If i'm wrong, I'm wrong. 5 mill cash at bank, returning to positive growth, and a SP wipe out back to last years levels? Nah, not buying it - something more afoot here to get PI's to give up their goods.
Absolute pi55 take. Love the company, but this is starting to look like a total stitch up given the recent gains. Who are they dropping the share price for?
Thanks for the link deepjoy. This is a must listen to for any BBSN holder.
A key takeaway is the expansion of APAC. New markets, new partnerships.
The exciting bit though are the ‘.coms’ that Claire is teasing that are being released this year. It will be interesting to see how BB can convert all of this Facebook traffic in to more cash. They’ve hit the nail on the head that this means moving the audience to their own platform which I hope means independant Android & iOS apps? They have the reach, and now they are building on it.
4 billion views per month. 40+ million subscribers. Migrate a fraction of that to your own YouTube/Facebook style platform and things could get v. interesting.
Tbh Kwota, I completely agree. Had a small pension pot lying around and have decided to move it to a SIPP. As soon as Hargreaves Lansdown recieve it, it's all going back into BBSN.
Every cloud a silver lining and all that!
Poor drop on what were otherwise decent results - I guess the market expected more. I continue to long term hold, but each to their own.
Welcome day traders! Here as predicted - and earlier than expected too. What’s your buy in price? Haha.
