What would you like AK to do OPEN, walk away from Loxus or persue all legal paths to try and recover the monies.

A difficult situation to resolve but do not forget AK has a legal requirement to persue on behalf of the shareholders of the company ie you and me amongst others.

Just let the board do what the board has to do and await the conclusion the same as the rest of us.

Yes, saw that come through on L2 at the end but not unduly worried as no broker in their right mind would carry that over the weekend, unless of course they new something we don't.
May have been forward sold anyway, could also be just a technical time of completion too....who knows but would you carry £300,000 over the weekend?

He bought them for their innovation, their ability to think laterally.
Musk is a magnet for highly skilled engineers who are able to stretch their imaginations at a company like Tesla and develop new tech.
Maxwell's Supercaps will obviously have been an added attraction when considering the purchase.
Maybe at some point he will consider others that could possibly contribute too and bring CPX to the party but that's wishful thinking for the moment.

Forget about Tesla, at least where CPX is concerned, if it happens it will be icing on the cake but we have some great news coming I am sure with our own products now being produced.
Looks like from the last RNS that AK is being ultra cautious with testing the newly produced DMF and DMT ranges to make sure no hiccups when introduced to the market......slowly, slowly.

What you all have to remember is the RNS of 29th July, where 1AF2 tranferred as loan security 5,89,824,429 shares of SYME shares to 3 lenders at an average price of 0.076p. Thats about 1/7th of what they're priced at now. These shares were allowed by SYME to be traded and that's what's happening now, they are selling them at massive profit and can continue to do so no matter what the Stock Price......All in my opinion of course.

This is probably why some people shorted the stock...not a bad move was it!

I believe they are and so purchased a further 250k today.....:-)

Totally agree although that may well prove to be significant at some point.

I think that is wet cell tech.

You have much to learn.......unless you can analyse each trade at it's time line you are just guessing.
Believe me with an excess of 163m we would be higher.

Do I believe them......of course not. Been doing this for 25 years and never needed codes but it's just a bit of fun on a quiet day.

1. 100 - I need Shares.
2. 200 - I need Shares badly but do not take the stock down.
3. 300 - Take (or I am taking) the stock down at least 30% so I can load shares.
4. 400 - Keep trading it sideways.
5. 500 - Gap the stock. Gap can be up or down, depending on direction of 500 signal.
6. 505 - I am short on shares
7. 600 - Apply resistance at the ASK to keep the price from increasing.
8. 700 - Move the price up.
9. 777 - Also recognized as a signal to move the price up.
10. 800 - Prepare for an increase in trading volume.
11. 900 - Allow the stock to float and trade freely.
12. 911 - Pending News/Press Release On The Way
13. 1000 - Don't let it run
14. 2100 - Let it run

If you believe in these things, a 911 code has just gone through "911 - Pending News/Press Release On The Way"

I would say that's pretty obvious anyway.
