If you read point 10, the FCA is not a member nor a creditor and can not show good reason why they did not object at the first court hearing. In my olpinion the SOA will pass without amendments.
Just got back from holiday. I am not nervous at all, bcs. in the past there was only one SOA which was not sanctioned. It is the duty of the judge to sanction if the SOA is fair. It does not need to be the best but fair. Fingers crossed.
@ pupper. No worries. I have everything submitted to FCA and Amigo and i am working to get my ESS account with FCA activated. Still trying to file with the broker and waiting for a call back from complience team. It is just red tape. By the way i love dogs. I have a ****er Spaniel.
YES - just waiting for approval of FCA

@ Pupper and ToppyC - Since i do not know you i have no bad feelings about you, even though you are judgemental. Imagine we would meet one day and become friends and all your negativity would fly away. I am not a Las Vegas guy at all. I have created a 5.000 qm beautyful garden, with the help of the well known garden architec Enzo Enea, overlooking the lake of constance. As soon as the share will hit 100p you will get a invitation and i pay for your flight tickets. I am a generous person and i am thankful for the Karma around me. Wish you all the best.
Just got a message from Amigo. They told me that on 21. March the system changed and the filing need first to be submitted electronically. Now FCA contacted me and said i should first check with my broker, if he already submitted the TR1. I am now waiting for a call back from the expert group at Swissquote.
@ hedged - well done and congratulation for position 11.
My TR1 was submitted to the CFO of Amigo a few minutes ago. I am just waiting for approval to file with the new ESS from FCA. It will happen and i am not selling below 200p

I might not to know how to pronounce borrowers, because i never needed that word. Since the RNS will come out tomorrow and everybody knows how to calculate, i hope nobody is offended with sharing this to make the ToppyC go back in his hole and give the rest of the group proof of my commitment. Thank you for all your support and see you soon at the BOS event at the lake of constance. I am also holding 418.00 shares in the company. Wish you a nice afternoon ToppyC. https://ibb.co/FKhMBkN

Since this is a FINTECH with a strong brand, proofen track record and 1 mio customer base, they do not need to invest a lot of money from the profits. So the divident could come out at 33% of the profits. If they make 250m in profit we could see 150m in dividends. That would be 82,5m for dividends (why wouldn´t GJ get some extra money for his shares). This could be around 17p per share. This could happen in 12 month from now or never - who knows.
