Whilst it’s fun to talk about sp upside given this scenario or that scenario as we wait for news, the only way that anyone can make a realistic personal judgement is when we have sight of a new funding plan.

Only when we see the size, method, structure, terms and players in the plan could we possibly have a real stab at what the potential uplift could be.

absolutely astounded if CF delivers the next RNS with an ‘angel’ type outcome.

He and the BOD have asked for 6mths to carry out this review in order to resolve the finance aspect of the project.

I’m expecting a comprehensive update on what they’ve been doing over the last 6 weeks including their plans for the next 5 months ish.

He has stated that he needs this time in order to explore the best alternatives so as to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.

This is not a quick fix and those expecting a ‘Lazarus’ event in the next official announcement, I suspect will feel rather let down.

Many of these expectations are indicative of today’s (we want it now society) investor expectation.

Each to their own, but I merely wish to see a comprehensive and credible plan to get this project financially viable from a risk perspective in order to realise the extraordinary potential that this holds for the local and UK economy as a whole.
