DISCUSSION HELD ON TRADE LAW

On January 25, 2024, the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Internal Affairs, organized a discussion on the topic "Concepts and some issues of the commercial law project" with the participation of scientists, researchers, and representatives of government and non-governmental organizations.

The discussion was opened by Deputy Minister of Law and Internal Affairs B. Sorolongoo said "Having an independent commercial law will support entrepreneurs' interests, increase trust in contracts, resolve disputes quickly, develop business ethics and responsibility, and enable entrepreneurs to apply the standards of custom established in their work and duties".

MINISTER OF PRINCIPLE B. ENKHBAYAR IBUINHU RECEIVED AND MET AMBASSADOR FIONA BLIGHT IN MONGOLIA

Minister of Law and Internal Affairs B. Enkhbayar met Fiona Blyt, Ambassador Special Plenipotentiary to Mongolia from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (IBUINHU) on January 25, 2024.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador Fiona Blyt thanked the Mongolian Government, including the Minister of Justice and Interior, for their active initiatives to improve the business environment, transparency, openness and reduce corruption.

Looks like she met with the Mongolians this morning...

Ojay, that's right, there seem to be a large no of licencrs and land assigned to foreign investors in Dornod according to news the last few days - the Governor must have been a busy boy, I'll keep digging around to see if we can find anything newsworthy 🙂
