some people here who wished they bought in or topped up at 2p by some of the comments i am reading on here ! You lot aren't doing a very good job of dropping the SP !

Last year, it was suspended early on the morning of the Court and the suspension was removed after 18.00 on final day of Court. We never had the Judges ruling for several days ( the following week )after that and trading was allowed between the end of the Court date and the Judges verdict ! So please do not let any de-rampers scare you into thinking there is an alternative motive for suspension if they do the same as last year !

Hedged ........ Why would you do an RI before the final date for submitting claims? Until that date has passed, you will not know how much you are going to need to raise ! Even then, a claim does not mean a valid claim BUT, at least when all claims are in and the deadline has passed, it will give them a more accurate figure to work with.

People can still vote at the meeting, probably not enough to make any difference BUT, it gives Amigo a reason not to release the vote info. I would not be surprised if they try to hold of an RNS until Monday. Only my thoughts.

Bryn ....... My opinion is, there is no rush for news on the vote, lots of us have have been waiting 2 years for this, as long as it gets through the Court, that is all that matters. Then, hopefully they can give us some good news.

AlgoMan .......... another thing that is very annoying and potentially misleading is the fact that if you look at the share transactions, LSE are very quick to alter the advertised share price to show a low sale price as the share price but you can then have a run of buys for an hour or more at a higher price and they do not alter the advertised SP to reflect, they leave it showing a sale price which is out of date and lower !

So, basically Sarah is trying to get those who have claims with Amigo to vote against the scheme to bankrupt Amigo ( her ambition ) by telling claimants they stand a better chance of redress with an administrator ?
Then really, what Sarah is saying is, if you think your claim is false / fraudulent, vote against the scheme as the administrator will be more lenient than Amigo?
From what I see, that is someone who has nothing to lose trying to get those who have something to lose to do something to further her own bitter agenda ! It is not really sound advice to people who probably have a valid claim, as they will be better off being paid by Amigo rather than an administrator, as there is no way an administrator will be able to offer 42p in the £ !!!!!!!
What she and you keep forgetting to mention is that anyone still owing money to Amigo, will have to pay it back, whether it is to Amigo, an administrator or a debt collection company !

Aguero -- What are you trying to say? That claimants with false / fraudulent claims have more chance of getting them though via the administration route???????? Is that what you mean ??

Biglippy ... I paid off a friends credit card debt (because the debt was sold and the buyer was still adding interest on to it) and let my friend pay me back instead. MMnnn, kind of like a guarantor loan thing without being called a guarantor loan !!! If you get my drift. Maybe Jimmy / Sarah would like to comment on whether that is legal practice and can confirm that any debts sold off by the administrators can then have interest added to them or not by the new debt owners?

the vote goes against Amigo and they go into administration ? Isn't there a chance the administrators may sell the existing loans off to one or more of these specialist debt collecting companies? Much in the same way that banks do with bad debts, credit card debts etc? If that can happen, then surely those companies will start to add interest onto those loans again ! I see what's her face is telling people they will be better being dealt with by an administrator than Amigo ! REALLY !!!!!!!! If those loans can be sold off, they will not be then ! I am not an expert in this, it is just a thought that has crossed my mind and would like to get an answer from someone more knowledgeable. Thanks in anticipation .

Please keep talking it down. If you could get it down to around 2.5p on or after the 6th of April, it would be appreciated ;-) ... As then i can stuff a load more in my ISA and cheaply as well. Ta
