You said GC resigning is a mystery now, but what if he had an indication JB would lose, if the FCA approved him before the AGM, would he not have had to serve 6 months with this BoD ? Maybe he just did not fancy that outcome !

Can someone please explain the withheld votes on the results for AGM and GM ? Surely they would be of similar amounts if the same voters were voting ? To me, there are lots of withheld votes on re-electing Directors BUT not on passing last years accounts?? I mean, numbers 3, 4 and 7 have huge amounts withheld but the others only a fraction of those amounts! Am i smelling a rat or just reading too much into this? Thanks in anticipation. Viking

Thanks Fletch. I will have the " final countdown " playing in my head for the next x amount of hours now. Personally, i am hoping certain members of the BoD are sent packing down the " Highway to hell " . GLA, today is the day we have waited months for. Whatever happens, let's hope it brings some stability and ends the uncertainty the markets so hate.

An RNS from the board that has not decimated the share price, must be a good sign ! They are going to struggle to hold this back much longer !

Fletch, i cannot remember how long you have been on here ( sorry ) but there have been discussions going back to the start of JBs 1% a day sale about where his shares have gone. My opinion, is they ( or a large part of them ) are still within his reach to buy back and are held with people or companies who are likely to vote in his favour. I hope i am correct !

seamus .... the last time i had alcohol was 28th January 2020, 2 glasses of champagne sat on the tarmac at Bangkok airport waiting for the plane to load. This bl@@dy share has nearly driven me to drink several times, especially when it dropped approx 40% from my initial investment price. The lows have not made me BUT, a bl@@dy good day tomorrow and i may be tempted. Other than that, the next planned alcohol is in the hotel the night before i fly again. That, will be next year now for certain and maybe a long way through the year too. Let us hope there is cause for all of those who want to partake to have good reason to celebrate tomorrow .

That is the predominant reason i have been holding and waiting. I would be devastated to miss another rise like that, i missed skimming on the last. However, i do not think this is the main kick. That will happen if the majority like the results of next Tuesday. Then, then we may see fireworks ! Or, we may not. Time will tell !
