Frank .... It is almost certain we will get news next week of whether we have managed to hit the FCA target of 8 weeks with new claims as the deadline i believe is 31st Oct ( happy to be corrected ) but as the 31st is a Saturday, that may come beginning of following week. I hope there is some negotiation with the FCA and FOS regards to new claims which appear to fraudulent and a satisfactory outcome can be reached to get us moving forward. On my personal opinion, some good news to move the SP back up a couple of pence would be welcome, a single figure SP makes people more nervous as has less room to manoeuvre if there is any bad news.

GCN ---- May i concur with your closing line ..... now it's ....... and ending with a ;-) . Are you thinking what i am thinking? Or, have i missed something ? ;-)

Beevorma --- For sure they are keeping records of what they are paying out. If the customer page on the computer shows previous loans, payments, settlements etc, i would imagine there is a way of recording a refund, even if it is in a notes page. I would be very surprised if those customers were ever granted loans in the future. Some of them will be cutting off a line of credit they can ill afford too. However, as was said last night, most of the people using Amigo live for today, they do not think about tomorrow ! I am only guessing, i do not know for sure but i would be very surprised if they have not kept records !

Twisty --- not your paranoia ! However, their time is running out. Once good news hits, there will be no holding this then.

64amg .... the 1100 odd claims are referrals to the FOS, not the FCA. The FOS claims / appeals cost Amigo £650 each to be referred to the FOS + any refund and compensation the FOS deem is due.

ex ... been Singapore, Phuket and KL. Am lazy now though. Just go to one place in Thailand, base myself there as have many friends there and then plan to travel from there. Problem is, i have been to most of Thailand, so now usually get to base and end up just staying there. After this period of not going out there, that may change tho as may go for 4 or 5 weeks then and can't do 4 weeks pickled any more like years ago !

ex --- the problem is, i normally go to Thailand 4 or 5 times a year. I have been hoping that somehow, there may be some break through with this covid virus China has given us. Not going to happen, so am going to start using leave up in odd days to reduce it a bit. So, night off tonight, and 2 more next week.

ns' --- there are more of the 5000 sales lined up on L2 now as well as the 3522 ones. Like you said yesterday, this is being held at this level. All of those small sales lined up 0.02p apart ! They do not want this to have too high a level when good news hits, the lower it is the easier they can hold it or pull it back down.

BetRight --- I have no problem with people invested here having opinions either way, however, having been here for months, i have seen your posts before and remember them. I have not asked you not to post on here, what i have done and i feel i have right to do as an investor in this company is to make anyone reading your posts aware that unfortunately you have lost money here and consequently may or may not be posting as you are bitter about that. Once they are aware, that is up to them to decide. So no, i will not just simply ignore your posts ! As i have previously said, i am sorry you lost but, my opinion is, unless the company goes bust, you do not actually lose unless you sell. Up until then it is a paper loss. Stuck, yep, might get stuck with a share for a while but you do not really lose all until you sell or it goes mammaries up . That is my opinion anyway.

Bryn .... I can bring car mechanics, tractor mechanics, hgv mechanics. We had a 135 at college, that was what we used to do our mechanics course on when i did my apprenticeship ! All we need now is this to hit £1 !! LOL

Bryn ... That is why i used to like my old Same. Air cooled and had an excellent hydraulic pump with excellent capacity. I used to have 2 bale wrappers, hydraulically driven. Same was the best, old, but did same job on far less revs.

Bryn ..... LOL . I wondered if that may spark your interest after i had read that you were a farmer . No to both questions. I gave up farming and contracting 20 plus years ago. Also no to the solis brand. I had combinations of Massey Ferguson, David Brown, International and Same tractors.
