Franky -- I first dipped my knee in here in June at 8.18, one week later, it was 5.16 ! Since then, i have trebled my holding taking me up to my neck. As i have said before , it is the fact of losing out regularly on other shares gains that is the pain in the @rse, more so than the waiting and waiting here for this to come right . I am sure it will. I thought it would when JB finished selling up, now i am waiting for the AGM, if it does not improve then, the next marker i think will be a return to lending or JB buying ( if he wins, which is not a certainty unless he knows where his shares have gone ! ) . I will not be waiting too long after the AGM for a sign of movement and i will be reducing here and praying i do not miss a movement like what happened at the end of April. However, i am well aware that this only dropped to mid 12s with Covid . I am hoping once the BoD v Founder fighting is over, this will at least start a slow upward movement.

Any update of your final line on your post Sunday at 17.39 re news @11.30 Tuesday regarding shares or do i have to be more patient and wait until 11.30?

Expru ...... Question if i may. You say £2. How long would you be prepared to wait for it to reach that level or maybe how long once FCA and claims are sorted and lending starts again do you figure that level may take? This was £1.64 Aug 2019 and £2.76 as recently as June 2019. With the problems sorted out, this will only go up, the question is how rapidly. I like yourself feel confident whoever wins.

Thanks Mark. That sort of ties in with the Q & A from the board stating lending is hopefully to begin later in the Year. Hopefully there is some agreement of how to proceed with lending already drawn up with the FCA ( for them to be even contemplating re-starting ? ) .

Lots of buying to end the day, the board i predominantly blue to end the session. Lets hope that is a good sign for tomorrow. Today we have ended up in line with the stock market at 3.38% down ( according to google ) but 4.5% down according to here ( maybe HL are not the only slow ones ! ) . Heads up peeps, we are a day closer to knowing the master / masters of the ship.

Congrats on the all clear. Stay with this, you do not lose until you sell. Mark has sold to try and make more elsewhere this week than here. Something most of us could have done for the last 3 weeks if we had the dangly bits ! Off to work now, and tonight, the boring M4 does becon, well, from A34 to the M48 anyway. Boring !!!!!!! Mark73 --- got to cross M4, not use it. I rarely do at mo but that will change soon as A303 going to have roadworks until next spring , so will go M5/M4 instead sometimes, unless that is closed as well between 17 and 13, then there is no point ! Oh, plus they keep shutting A34, M42, M5 etc ----- chuffing nightmare !

the AGM does any major information have to be released? Am i correct in saying it should be 7 days or have i gotten myself confused? The reason i ask is, if it is 7 days, then any BoD RNS to any significant effect would need to be issued Monday ?
Any thoughts or are we just expecting more silence?

Jimbob11 ---- from my experience, people with money, real money, care about it a lot more than those without money. Also, those with real money are prepared to invest or use large amounts of money to make even more money because they can. People with money, with real money, will play games with money, they may be prepared to lose some to gain lots but trust me, they care about money more than most, which is partly why they have more than most ! Just my opionion.

1066, we ( England ) were invaded, we lost the battle and were subsequently taken over. Wouldn't it be nice to see a take over now at a fair and decent price ?

Mark73 --- i hope it pays off for you mate, you have more balls than i do ! I have been toying with dumping some all week and have just been to scared to miss it take off. I am still convinced it will at some point. One more Friday before vote ( where there may be a real down day ) , i am terming them nervous Fridays from now on, as most seem reluctant to hold shares over the weekend at moment ( possibly with good reason with this covid ****e about ) . Due to there not being 4.75 million sales per day, i was expecting this to react differently to how it has. This to me is exactly what was happening when we were holding in the 8p's . Occasional foray into the 9p's, a few dips into the 7p's but holding steadyish in the 8's. Has it slipped as far as it will go? Good gamble if it comes off mate. I have decided to hols, so fingers crossed for you !
