You've headed that post Graphene then gone on about Graphite, we were not set up to manufacture Graphene. Getting Graphite out of the ground is one thing, getting buyers in an established market with much bigger players than us is another. It was obvious to the guy running the company, the guy with the experience, knowledge and background that we would struggle. Prior to Brett Boynton's tenure, the investors of this company have been manipulated and led up the garden path, do you remember all the hype and half truths that Manoli used to spout in his proactive investor interviews-go take a look. He has turned this around involving us in a heavily sought after precious metal market with a resource worth many millions. You can always sell your shares once they are active and reinvest in your choice of commodity and wave goodbye. I believe that without Brett's intervention we would not have that choice.

Either people have not read the note or I have completely overestimated my expected reaction to it. I have to say, I am stunned by the lack of response considering the last three years of involvement with this company.

Brett is in his element here, he is running and overseeing a public company (now) something he co-founded, a company with untold potential owning a high value resource and product. This for me is an unbelievable turnaround to where we were prior suspension. The executive directors are taking 100% of their salaries in options, converting at 2.5p, 5p and 8p, talk about confidence and incentive. I cannot wait for this to launch-this could be the start of something massive. Well done Brett.

This is the end bit of the shareholder note that didn't post for some reason. The initial raw data showing at least 500m depth extension in the structures at Specimen Hill is important as we have 55 holes into mineralisation down to 120m with grades up to 15g/t+ Au. The confirmed extension of this mineralised structure gives us high value drilling targets for our resource drill-out campaign in the new year. As you will see in the timetable in the presentation, we have a busy run up to the IPO and year end. We will then have a short break in January with field work recommencing in the second half of the month in preparation for drilling. 2018 wil see a sustained drilling effort to establish the resource at Specimen Hill and test the adjacent porphyry feeder systems. We hope it will be a banner year for technical results and our share price. Although we are focused on building a UK register at the IPO for stock exchange compliance purposes, we will certainly accomodate any existing shareholders who would like to maintain their position or invest further. The Board is participating in the raise and it is worth noting that the Tectonic executive directors have all opted to take 100% of their exec salaries in options, which will be vesting only after achieving a premium to the IPO price. The Employee Share Option Plan is constructed with three tranches, vesting when the share price reaches 2.5p, 5p and 8p. This was designed to give the UK investors a clear indicator of management�s confidence in the portfolio and has been well received. We had 51 million votes cast at the AGM today, passing all motions with overwhelming support. I was in London last week on an institutional investor roadshow promoting our IPO. We ran through the presentation from that roadshow after the AGM today and I have attached the presentation for your review. The branding �Tectonic Gold Plc� is the new name of the StratMin cash shell we are taking over and we will trade under the ticker TTAU. Unfortunately there is an online gaming company in the UK which has registered the name Signature Gold, so we decided to avoid any confusion and rebrand, although you will see that the TTAU branding is recognisably familiar. We are meeting with the Board of a drilling services company tomorrow to try and finalise a drill for equity transaction on our 10,000m drilling campaign. We hope to bring the drilling services company in as a cornerstone investor to the IPO with a significant part of the drilling contract to be remunerated in equity. They have conducted thorough technical diligence on the Queensland assets and we have a green light form their external technical expert, so fingers crossed we will close this tomorrow ahead of the UK book build closing next week. We have had a fortunate schedule for the IPO with a lot of interest in the UK market around Aussie gold and in particular Kirkland Lake, Artemis, Greatland etc. Interestingly we have also had a number of parties looking to switch out of Bitcoin and into gold as Bitcoin hit $10,000 this week. Once again Signature has earned an Australian record, with the longest line run ever on a Sub Audio Mag survey - over 27km of cable was laid last week and we have a helicopter in the air this week mapping out the structure at depth. Early indicators show a continuity of the structure down to at least 500m. We will complete the survey this weekend, subject to weather as there are thunderstorms about, and will have fully analysed data in about 2 weeks. I wouldn't have that I would have to spell this out, but then again after bjorn's and your comments, I shouldn't be surprised. I am heavily invested with near on 2 million of these. Things have evolved and changed over the years as regard the calibre of poster, which has resulted in me posting on here much less, however there are occasions where the idiots press a button in me that makes me react. As I said, I am always willing to share any information to honest and genuine investors. Why are you here...just curious.

Get your facts right monkey. If you looked at the whole picture rather than each individual post, you wouldn't sound as ignorant. I answered a question asking if I had any information to share on these boards. I write to Brett regularly and have done so since he took over. If you think I am going to relay that information to people who constantly bash this company and spout their ridiculous drivel...think again. Why the hell you would want to furnish these idiots with your responses from Brett is beyond me, but your decision. I would quite happily share what I have with genuine holders as I always do with Arminius.

I am up to speed with stuff through several communications with Brett and discussed it with Arminius, so in answer to your question, yes he has knowledge of what's happening and hasn't disappeared without trace.

Looking to relist as an IPO rather than RTO. Re visit the capital raise in the second half of September. The deal with Axel was for a larger sum than we required and was sized to give them a desired 25% position fully diluted. We will look to raise a smaller amount with less dilution in September and continue as planned. In the interim there is funding in the bank to continue the technical work on the gold projects. We have had progress with the licensing in Czech Republic and have progress on those fronts.

He has bought into a company he believes in and has shared that belief on a public bulletin board, he is a private investor that has put his money where his mouth is, he is genuine. I don't know how many shares ollie holds and neither do I care, that's his business as Arminus's holdings are his.

The last contact I had with Brett he told me that they plan to get back to market asap but there is a lot of process work to do. So no timeline, but that doesn't stop investors dropping him a quick line for an update on progress, I personally would give the guy a respectable amount of time to sort it before doing so.
