Tin Rises to Near 4-Year High

Tin futures in the UK were above $44,000 per tonne in January, the highest in nearly four years, amid the continuous outlook of tight supply. Operations in the key Man Maw mine remained slow since being closed for a resource audit in 2023, magnified by bottlenecks linked to the destruction of infrastructure following the country's aggressive earthquake. The main alternatives were also pressured after Indonesian President Subianto ordered the closure of 1,000 illegal tin mines in Sumatra, lowering the output from the world's second largest supplier. Meanwhile, AI companies raised their pledges on datacenter expenditure throughout the US, Asia, and Europe, which supported speculative enthusiasm for tin due to the metal's usage in circuit boards

such a big squeeze coming in Tin - hold tight its going to be something else

The heading of my post was and is Potential.

I think you only have to look at what they own what they will be owed and the emergence of critical metals to make your own mind up on whether to invest here or not, the fact that Andrew Monk ( as invested as he is) has made this his tip of the year only enforces the chances of success here in my view.

Having read the update and listened to Andrew Monk tip this and his reasons for it, the upside of this company is enormous.

The payment and royalties from White Energy are a much needed boost and once the initial payment is made we should start to see some real progress.

The Tectonic period was a really frustrating time for shareholders and I for one think the long timers here deserve to be handsomely rewarded.

Surprised today's trade didn't see us on the brink of collapse.

Having a very substantial holding in Tectonic Gold and a minority holding here, I found it baffling that Tectonic sold out their overall 40% for a pittance, I just couldn't get my head around it. I came to the conclusion that the two companies either had a major disagreement or Tectonic has very little faith in what seems like a world class project for reasons only known to themselves.

Either way I wish all holders here the best of luck.

The sale, on the face of it just doesn't make sense, Brett knew the license was imminent and the obvious hike of the sp on the back of it.

There has either been a major disagreement or as I have said previously Tectonic has very little faith that Kazera can pull this off having very little experience (if any) with this kind of operation whichever it is, the timing of the sale is both confusing and very hard to take considering the possibilities.

It's time now for Tectonic to be clear of why they pulled out and to give shareholders a firm plan of action of where we are heading and when we are getting there.

For me, I don't think for one minute that Tectonic have modest aspirations as you put it, I firmly believe that there has been some massive disagreement behind the scenes between the two companies, otherwise why stick to the plan for 2 years and then pull out on the brink of license approval.

Should Kazera pull this off it will transform them and Tectonics only benefit will be the increase in their share price, this is what I find really hard to take in.

The inactivity at Tectonic has been torturous as a shareholder which adds to the frustration of the decision to sell out.

I am just hoping that Brett can pull off the deal in Western Australia and start to bring in funds so we can finally start to build independently in conjunction to whatever JV's may come along.

It's time for action.

I really don't understand your comments, I can't for the life of me see how this is positive for Tectonic, if the HMS operation turns out to be successful, Tectonic will be missing out on millions in revenue, we have stuck with it for approx 2 years and now we are selling on what seems to be the eve of the approval of the license to enable for all this to happen, for chicken feed I might add.

The only thing that I can think of, is that Tectonic has zero faith that HMS will get off the ground, in which case that will be a disaster for Kazera.

Please explain what you see that I don't.

I take it you have listened to the recording from the Investors meeting, If so what did you make of Brett's response to the Kazera question.

Janalan-I am talking before we see 2024. Specimen Hill is too good an asset to be left on the shelf coupled with the knowledge and negotiating skill of Brett and the board I feel they will strike a deal one way or another sometime soon.

The directors here are seasoned professionals and I believe honourable people, they WILL deliver imo.

Completely disagree with that last one, just because the stock loses value or even goes bust does not mean that your holding is not an investment.

I have been in this stock since the first day of trading, I have done my research on the company, the assets and the board and on that basis I have built a very substantial holding.

The journey so far has been frustrating and drawn out beyond belief but having said that my faith in this company is still as strong as it has ever been and I am convinced that it will deliver on several fronts.

We are very much alive and once the first deal appears we will go from strength to strength, and I truly believe that will be before year end.

You have to wonder what's happening here with the sp, there are no sales to speak of, ok there has been radio silence from the company in regard to significant news, updates, which creates doubt within the market, but come on, it does not warrant this constant decline. No short selling as far as I can make out.
Is the price being brought down to accommodate a buyer, as you say Gold junior, they may well be in negotiations, I hope so, and if so, let's hope we get a result soon.

This slide is just bound to happen with no significant news or updates. I feel that once Kazera announces their re listing we will be put in the picture regarding further developments.
The HMS side of the business seems to be the jewel in the crown at this stage of proceedings, a jewel which by the looks of it has been totally overlooked by the market.
Not good to watch.
