RE: Looking to invest7 Sep 2025 07:10
I have invested primarily for the Paranita gold project value/potential versus current market gap opportunity. I am pleased we have a subject matter expert in Misk as the new CEO running that.
I read the corporate presentation several times and note the 2 other investments held by the company. It's not clear if JAN still holds 7.1% in Blencowe Resources which would be worth around 1.25m now if so. Blencowe has done well recently looking at the sp and RNS news.
It's hard to value the other investment, not sure if anyone has any views on that?
So positives are near term sp growth opportunity via the gold exploration, derisked somewhat due to 2m USD already spent on exploration in the past and an initial resource estimate as well as recent pictures of visible gold. Work is fully funded.
Current market cap is very small and includes value for the other 2 investments and Paranita. Is 1.25m of the current approx 5m made up of Blencowe shares, I am not clear, very good if so.
It's clear lth have higher sp averages and dont think much of the Executive Chairman. There are warrants attached to the recent placing which can be exercised at a 1p shares price. Company is also very likely to issue 500k more shares to take ownership up to over 50% of Paranita. This should be a positive if done as it would mean Paranita exploration was successful.
Bare minimum I see this heading over 1p but it should be a new dawn for JAN if Parantita goes well in the coming weeks. 24 trenches being carried out in September so news on those next would be great.
