Hi Nibj, yes I did get a response from the company. I think they are planning to do a roadshow for institutional investors and would not do that if they didn't want stay listed.

Boom. Should get some interest and movement here now.

From what I understand the retail investor fears of ZIOC going private are wrong. There are no plans to delist and instead a push for institutional investors to come on board is being undertaken.

I said should be pursuing a takeover. I did not say I had heard any rumours of a takeover. I see a very good product, lots of future revenue potential and a low market cap. Based on that I don't think it is outrageous to suggest a bigger fish may look at RENX and my view would be the company should be very open to it.

Yeah oversold imo. A Tempus tr1 would be amazing but interesting to see whoever took the placing. The management should be pursuing a takeover outcome here.

Hoping Tempus took part in the placing and we get a Tr1 to say so. That would turn things around share price wise.

They have focussed on 3 regions of one country. They clearly say they are still working on the partnership with Tempus and figures will be revised in future. Share price should already be over 20p but the placing has created alot of noise and the boards are awash with traders looking to buy at 9p and sell at 12p.

Yep potential is huge and good to focus on talking about this instead of traders bashing for days to buy in. Lse should moderate the boards more actively. Money certainly brings out the worst in humans.

Someone advfn said one of the largest placing investors insisted on the placing price being higher than last time.

That's my feeling too. A predatory buyer isn't going to wait for this to go back over 50p. They will look to take it out short term imo.

Traders playing games to get in it seems. The classic massive capital letter posts from people who were ramping 24 hours ago. Deary me. Buy, hold, multibag. The figures are not rubbish at all.

Might get some Tr1s from buyers of the placing. Interesting post on ADVFN from someone who took part. I wouldn't be accusing the company of breaking the law personally! Trying to get your buy price is one thing, being sued is another.
