They have the 740k warrant money from the August 2025 raise with more to come as well as the placing funds raised today.

Those warrants holders nearly doubled their money. If the same happens this time the share price will be over 4p so raise again then!

Market cap should be 3 to 4 times the current figure imo.

Down again yesterday. Who will use Weshop and their app to be given shares which drop in value every day. I think funding uncertainty for Weshop is the drag. Not great communication from them. The Wecap share price was in a better position before the listing. Like Weshop the Wecap management team are also hiding and not communicating.

1.5p to 1.6p on HL. There I was ready to load up!

Warrants are ar 2.25p and the chairman put £100k in. Probably be some churn but we should be multiples of this market cap so I can see aloft buying in the coming days. Interesting they say they are still looking at other projects too.

Yeah 15p looks very likely. 150p also looks very likely if you are Mick Davis, Andrew Trahar and Marty Knauth.

Can't see legal action getting anywhere tbh. It's nasty, greedy and immoral but not illegal. Best best is to get national press involved imo. Shame the directors.

Been extended twice before. Once before the maturity and once 1 day after maturity. Could go either way. Previously they have extended on the same terms.

Must be warrants being exercised in the background which are stopping this going over 2p. Anyone had an email from Paolo recently out of interest? It would be good to get an updated presentation that factors in Molly Gold now.

People should contact the NOMAD. If the NOMAD resigns it will surely stop the deal going ahead. If they agree and don't want to be associated with the management team, they will resign. As I said I no longer hold many so not surprised or bothered really today but feel for those like GGG who seem to have built massive holdings up.

Bought just over 600k early this morning, hasn't come through yet. Def going to keep accumulating and holding. So much easier than trying to skim 20% here there and everywhere.

Looks to me like they sold 87.5% of Zanaga for circa £109m and could get another £36.5m if RAM buy 50% of the royalty back. So ZIOC is left with 12.5% of the mine plus half the royalty valued at a further £36.5m currently.

It's worth the 15p share price easily currently and more if the 12.5% increases in value as work progresses. Right now I think it is all worth around £144m marker cap so around 16.5p per share.

Raised 800k in August 2025, 740k from warrants to date and sold Blencowe stake for I would think over 1m. I suspect the warrants money is funding the near term. Not sure how many more to exercise.

I guess I am not as emotional as others. I had pver 1.5m at one point but now just 400k. If it settles over 10p in the near term, I will take it and move it into JAN.

They look like buys. Probably people thinking it is or close to the bottom. Over 4.5m bought since 3.27pm yesterday. Wake me up at 2p...or if the directors finally get out of bed themselves and sort the bond extension out which they said in last year's account would be straightforward based om WeShop listing on Nasdaq .

Disappointed for those who hoped for 50p or even 200p per share. Should still be 12p to 15p on this news. I think people are just understandably cynical about it.

Got to be worth more than 11m market cap. Alot more. Hoping someone like Simon Thompson from Investors Chronicle picks up on this and does an article with predicted market caps got each stage of the evolution of JAN. I would be buying anywhere under 3p and expecting to make significant profits. Anyway I will keep quiet. Don't buy too many please unti I have my holding built!
