This company is finished pending a takeover offer in my opinion. Shockingly bad management. Who can trust them. The warrants proposal is just a p take.

We are down 26% since Putin showed his true colours. Woefully oversold. I will buy more at this price but buy and hold is rapidly becoming dead in this day and age it seems. If TEK get back to the mid 30's I suspect many will sell.
