True it my view however if you view typical average successful ico ,their telegram are much larger in the area of 10 -20k+ audience. Private sale of very good ico are very quick

Must be no one is interested , ico telegram chat room rarely has 2 k people and the pre sale is taking so long. Either their promotion are poor or no one is interested
