To me it is a gamble as people has said But I am confident Other might not

In past news the banks have step in providing loan saving the company being bankrupt. Also they recent sold one of their asset for half of the asking price . Deperate

if gspc does pay up,i would hope oilex refuse payment and continue the court case
for few reasons;
1)gspc have in the past delay payments delaying the cambay program and because they are in debt they will likely to owe us money in the future
2)55% is way more than the 3-5million owe in theory and if they are confident they will win the case why take the 2nd prize
3) if we get the 55% we can get other partners to invest securing the cambay project funding and providing more experience leading to more successive targets

these are my views, why they shouldnt take payment if offered

If the court validities the debt , they will remove order (the order which is halting process of taking 55%)

In summary
the court is not awarding anyone the 55% ,
Gspc is saying debt owe to oex is invalid therefore asking court grant temporary order protecting 55%.

Outcome of the court case is validity the debt if it legal or illegal.

If it is legal then gpsc does owe oex money and they will surrender the 55%. oex apply thro gov of ministers Department to transfer the 55%

If it is illegal - then of course it gspc does not pay a penny
