Surely the company must have arrived at a decision or be negotiations to move this key high potential asset forward. By bringing in OPM as Ryan Heath calls it and/or leveraging existing friendly infrastructure and royalty owners.
Hi tony , no concern , debt is paid down straight line over the 3 year term and we are clearly making good inroads into already. The pdp reserves are v largely booked to C Alberta so any transaction would have to see the debt cancelled?

Surely the plan has to be to enable a transaction that enables a UKNS exit and get the capital in to grow production and reserves in the Simonette and Clearwater oil rich parts of the portfolio.
Clearwater Dawson Wells already drilled will need revisiting Q1 and perhaps a couple of new ones will get drilled and connected in time subject to the spring weather again.
The Simonette Montney where are acreage is very valuable needs heavy capex and this is where I think Serica are interested.
So a transaction as per the Gain Transaction with asset sell Central Alberta and Serica in on the Montney that includes a UKNS asset merger seems probable imv
