Looks like the island is going independent. Get your passports ready. This is a major development on our doorstep.
It has certainly sparked off Ricardo's share price from its last three month crash.

Straight down the A24, and turn left for a chat.
TP group (TPG) rns today, have just demonstrated a modular transportable O2/H2 production unit in a successful trial.
It not only produces pure oxygen but pure Hydrogen as well. Could be a good fit for Afc. I believe Afc may know about them.
Haggis as well as more construction companies, we have the rental companies needing to purchase new equipment. Ashtead (A plant) used to auction off their old machinery, with the new regs. coming in, that market will decline. They are now going into the specialist sector such as film sets, and production company power generation supply. Clean air/ no noise! A large market out there.
I wonder how many National Trust and English Heritage car parks there are in UK. Plenty of room for the Ev. chargers and of course people usually spend a few hours when visiting. A good green opportunity to charge your vehicle.
Good to see Pollution free shipping developing, looking forward to Afc's shipping containers in port one day.
Ever tried to get a ferry to Scandinavia? The only route is Harwich to The Hook of Holland, then through Germany, Denmark, Across the bridge to Sweden and Norway.. a long drive. They stopped ferries to Sweden and Norway years ago, and Denmark in 2015. Strict emission regs. proved to costly for the ferry operators, great shame.
From AFC website : Partners are invited to express interest in HydroX-Cell(S)TM applications for joint development or licensing arrangements.
Surely the interest in this " Market leading technology" must be attracting huge interest. How long these would take to fruition, I don't know. Any experienced business negotiators around? Not talking about huge contracts, but if one of these JDAs is with a multinational, it would kick things off nicely. Don't forget we have DeNora backing, so looking forward to
news on this. I know JDAs are a dirty word by past experience, but we are a lot further down the road now.

This looks like one for AFC?
Better get a move on though.
After taxing my car online the other day, I was surprised to find a load of info on EVs at the end. A real push, saying how much cheaper they could be etc. with good explanations. At the end of this is a long pictorial list of EVs available, with prices, different models, with links to look up further details. Looks like the Gov. may be getting proactive at last.
Maybe they've been reading AFC blogs.
Its encouraging that we are looking for more staff, especially the research scientist position. Its clear AFC are intending to actively develop the new products in house, and guessing in conjunction with De Nora. exciting times.
I put in a buy price yesterday below the days trading range. At 4.15 the deal went through below the offer price and the shares were purchased. the trade was shown as a sell. The bid was nowhere near this for the whole day or before close.
Had a feeling despite the low purchase price, something was being set up for the morrow. Never imagined the melee of today
Did someone once say " to ensure an orderly market".
