It is not unusual or out of tue ordinary to refurbish a borrowed pump.before putting it in production. Its a day or a couple of days work

We should here on phase 1 next week, maybe this week if they managed a flow. We are only in EARLY September so your point about winter coming doom and gloom are simply incorrect.

"Heron-2 acidisation and re-test. Studies on cuttings from the Heron-2 reservoir section have determined that a carbonate cement is present in greater amounts than seen in the Heron-1 reservoir so impacting the permeability and so producibility at Heron-2. Plans are in hand to mobilise a small workover rig to site in August to treat the perforated interval with acid to remove any debris and breakdown the cementation to improve near well bore permeability. The well will then be re-tested to see if it can sustain a commercial flow rate. Arrangements are being made for rapid hook up in the event of success."

Stock why do you think the works havent commenced. The last operational update said it would be started in August. There is a crane on H2 according to Masters great intel. They are not going to announce they started when they already did

My reasonable assumption, based on what has been announced is that this work is well advanced, if not close to being finished .

Master if.you really feel this way you probably should just sell up your shares and move on. Honestly, no sane person sits there bagging the CEO endlessly and daily and spamming the board.

It's fine to have a strong opinion about Mike. I would say he has constantly been open and delivered exactly what he said he would. He is not flashy , he doesn't talk it.up but in my view he will deliver shareholders a very good outcome for those that have the patience and hold their shares.

It doesn't suit everyone and that is totally fine but sitting here day in amd day out criticising the board and Mike doesn't really achieve anything other than frustrating yourself and the others on the board .

I believe in the vision and the plan and ultimately I understand the risks of exploration.

You used to have really good input here, it would be a shame to see you go.

Before Matad even started drilling Heron, they needed to seek Petro China's authorisation.

The reason for that is because the below ground Heron structure is actually part of the Petro China formation.

Mike Buck at the time in his own words even said "We had to shamelessly drill Heron." This was shortly after the failed wildcat drills for Wild Horse, Snow Leopard etc.

Anyway, Petro China's response was that Matad can have that part of the field. It's of little to no value to Petro China.

I think everyone just needs to take a breath.

The retail offer was there so that retail holders could participate. Most people would have their holding by now and those who.didnt wamt to be diluted would.have participated or purchased on market.

The important thing is the majority shareholder participated and the CEO participated so that's all I need to show that there is a bigger deal.at play.

We can't participate in the retail.pffer being outside the UK but I have continued to accumulate as I believe.in.the company , the asset and the leader.

If you dont then that's great. It won't change my belief that there is life in MATAD and a few shenanigans by the opposition make that vakue proposition even stronger.

In reality today will be a fantastic buying opportunity. We will open low. MMs will do there thing and it will be done. Bandaid ripped off.

No one likes raises. Its a tough market currently but with three wells to test if one proves viable its a game changer..

Will be accumulating some more today and encourage everyone to keep their heads up..raises are a part of AIM life.
