Reading this makes it clear to me that one of the few near term solutions to some of the supply chain risks is Hypromag and its HPMS technology. Magnet recycling facilities can be brought into production in 15 - 18 months and as indicated by Hypromag USA, to a decent scale to make a difference. I wpuld say HPMS recycling is a no-brainer right now especially with its low emission, low energy utilisation properties

MKA also is in a good position on Songwe as compared to other new ideas/projects, the company is at funding stage and taking the investment decision.

The reality check is kicking in. MP/USAR (and others) market cap has reached unsustainable levels, highly speculative levels. MKA on the other hand has an excellent risk/reward ratio and big differentiator in the Hypromag recycling business. I just cannot see a situation that MKA sp moves higher in many multiples of today's price

Yes the shutdown does impact the listing process as the SEC is not able to operate. A work around has however been developed where a company looking to list has to provide a share price range rather than a fixed price. From what I understood there is then a 20 day period after which can move to listing, where this approach is followed, compared to 7 day wait under the traditional SEC approval process

There is a huge need for Hypromag in South Korea. MKA have referred to South Korea as part of Asia ambitions and I would be very surprised if the company is not actively engaged with Posco to develop HPMS magnet recycling in South Korea.

NioCorp was up 19.73%

Aclara (Tornoto) was up 10.29%

The US listed Rare Earth stocks rose significantly last night after a 2 day rapid fal

Rare Earth and critical mineral investment was all over bloomberg last night and comments were that capital was going to continue flowing into this area. As no new information has come out on MKA, I see it is catching up with the trend that started in the US yesterday

My thoughts are that US will look to encourage JT to go for all 6-7 production locations within the fastest realistic time period.

Very interesting to see that South Korea have set acquiring REE recycling technologies as part of its long term solutions. Posco has already done deals on REE and recycling and Hypromag South Korea must be in their thoughts as well.

I have previously referred to Thambani Uranium, Nioboum and Tantalum. I have done allot of research on this and need to make a clarification and correction to previous comments.

These are not traditional Uranium deposits but rather we are talking about Basanite which is a poly-metalic and highly refractory mineralisation. This basically means that the minerlisation is a complex mix of Uranium, Niobium and Tantalum which does not easily react to chemical processing and therefore makes it extremely challenging and costly to extract the individual metals. There is no such processing outside of China and even in China nobody can be sure as these are well kept strategic secrets. In comparison Rear Earth processing is considered much easier which makes us understand the scale of the challenge.

Therefore it is best that investors don't consider any value from Thambani. Time will tell if there can be a tie up with Chinese interests to somehow be able to unlock value from these licences or there are technological improvements that will give an alternative to the very costly aggressive acid leaching that would be necessary to separate out individual metals from the Basanite mineralisation

Does not take much to realise that after the hot air following US and China Rare Earth stand off, there would be a rapid cooling. The MM's have very savvy people dedicated to this, with the time and needed focus on trading patterns. This is why i don't trade but keep site only of the long term strategic development .

With China controlling so much of the ndpr supply chain, they are in a strong position to manipulate prices. Price coming down can be a subtle mesage "see we can supply it cheaper". This is how they got control in the first place

PR or rather well managed PR costs money and I don't see it is in the interests of long term holders that more funds are taken from capital raises to fund a PR drive. The funds need to now be focused on the UK ramp up and completion of Hypromag Germany facility as this is where the true value lies.

Also i have learned to be weary of PR pump

We will soon be getting to the point that the traders will reverse and be looking to make some % on the way up

As a long term investor here it does make me laugh when i see peoples emotions, all hyped up when this flies up and then concerned when it goes down. Personally I am very relaxed. Te traders, short sellers have seen the upward momentum drop off so now is their time to make some quick transactions and generate profits as the price comes down. The US Rare Earth stocks were also well down yesterday

Nothing has changed since the upward frenzy earlier this week, other than it is even clearer that supply chains outside of China must be developed

If i did not already hold a huge investment in MKA, I would be buying hard right noiw
