This article proves what i have been thinking for some time. Combining the separation plant in Pulawy with an HPMS magnet recycling facility would make perfect sense and drive further value. Its being done in France!

STN, my thoughts are that the Pforzheim operation could be significantly expanded, with additional German hubs in key manufacturing focused areas of the country

A hub in Pulawy Poland would also make allot of sense, while also Northern Italy which has allot of e-waste and manufacturing focus

EU policy can make all that move rather fast if they want and such a roll out does not cost that much. Main thing is to get EU business to part ways with cheap Chinese magnets as so far this is the overriding mentality.

What is most needed from governments is an even playing field, stability and rule of law.

With the Chinese product we don't have an even playing field as they do not abide by western environmental, Health & Safety or labour policy requirements, thereby achieving a much lower cost of production and therefore clear market advantage

Governments need to even out the playing field by imposing tariffs or other policy tools/restrictions so that China advantage from methodologeis considered unacceptable in the wet is wiped out. That is where I like and agree with Trump.

I am not in favour of price support if any business is uneconomical in an even playing field. In such case they should shot down and resources deployed where they can be profitable.

I agree, I also do not see the Nasdaq listing directly giving free cash to MKA since the PIPE financing will be there to raise funds for the construction of the mine at Songwe and separation plant at Pulawy.

What the Nasdaq listing does give is a very valuable and liquid shareholding in MKAR where shares could be sold on the market as needed in order to provide liquidity or alternative sell a larger % stake in the company to a strategic investor / partner.

Indirectly therefore the Nasdaq listing is a big issue in underpinning the future liquidity of MKA

As we expected a few million raised to fund Germany through to completion and ramp up in the UK

A few low single digit % dilution means absolutely nothing and I would prefer that than taking expensive debt financing and then be at the mercy of lenders until consistent cash streams come through.

The price action this morning is very positive

I have a general rule with ratings - a rating that I have not paid for is meaningless. At best read through to see if there is information there you did not know about.

I could put together ratings with share price target at both 20p and 200p, with what would seem good argumentation and risk discounts. This is an art not a science. Best to do your own research and put together your own price target based on what you know about the business.

My thoughts, calculations, scenarios indicate a sp that can go to 200p in say 12-18 months

Hypromag still remains under the radar and not mentioned here. This will change dramatically over the next months and especially once Hypromag USA gets the construction go ahead and high visibility funding

For long term holders 10x from here is not a fantasy but a possibility over the not so distant future

Hit the nail on the head, this discussion about a capital raise is tiring and boring. The raise may come or may not come but as you say will be max a couple of million £ and at a time when the sp has gone up multiples from where it was, so dilution well reduced.

Much more interesting is the roll out of 3 production plants in the US, the infrastructure investment from the Japanese in Malawi, the upcoming Nasdaq Listing, the production ramp up progress in the UK, completion of Germany plant and more than all of this the huge future demand for magnets.

OMG, would be such an opportunity of i can double my long term holding at 17p. That way I would be able to retire in the next 6 months!

I also don't see a takeover of the company but rather strategic partnering deals

My thoughts are that there will be partnering deals in Japan, South Korea, India...... similar to what there is with CoTec in the US. MKA cannot give everyone shares in the company like they did with CoTec so I expect MKA share in these new roll-outs will be lower than the 50% in Hypromag USA

Oher Malawi mining assets

Here it may be outright sale of the project or partnering. I would see this long term with immediate focus on rare earth mining, separation and recycling.
