GWM is currently in discussions with Crown Point for the establishment of a jointly-operated gold and silver ore crushing and processing facility on GWM-owned land at Marietta, Nevada. This facility would operate as a "Small Miner/Pilot Plant" as regulated by the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NDEP) Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation (BMRR). The discussions to date anticipate a two-phase process whereby the gravity circuit and flotation mill would be installed in Phase 1 prior to the installation of acid leach pads in Phase 2. The objective of this project is to yield first revenues for GWM from its Nevada operations.

That is what was stated on fund raising notification, so not a lot to report until mid Q2 2018 work programmes across its portfolio of investments in late stage European onshore oil and gas projects. 2018 will include flow testing of the Podere Maiar well in the Po Valley region of Italy in Q1 2018; the likely commencement of production at the Bainet gas discovery on the Suceava concession in Romania in Q2 2018; and work to further delineate a gas discovery at the Tesorillo Project in southern Spain which has been independently assigned unrisked prospective resources of 830 Bcf (Best Estimate), with upside in excess of 2 Tcf.

Tom no explanation needed if you put out news you have x value in the ground and then months later retract it with a statement saying it should have been less, the markets will kick it hard it will be a sharp spike and return at around 15 to 20% down. This is why it should be suspended for clarification of who's mistake it was and the correct value set. Share holders should not suffer due to misinformation on one of the company's involved

If no suspension at open then its a 50% drop but will be itching to take a wedge if it happens

This has the gas, now it need to be plumbed in to produce the cash. Once this has happened this will move up, some that have been locked in awaiting 1p will sell and move the rest will hold for the all important Spanish drill to start at this point we should be at 3p and if it hits then north of 6p

If this can pop 3p then it will move up fast.

I think id rather keep the assets in house and raise funds for next drill. Why ditch an income for many years for a quick buck. If Spain comes in then put on stream the income will be massive and all three wells will finance future programs. We all hate the SP where it is at present but when the money starts to come in it will be a different story

The longer it stays at these levels the more shares we can buy at low prices, I for one keep adding as the Spanish drill will be the one for us all but will this co get taken out before we drill?

Yesterday I maxed out my ISA for this year with near half of it in this one. Looking forward to the up and coming news on all fronts
