Wolfman- jack.Thanks for the reply ref PEWell this is really simplified and probably wrong (maybe a pro like Nick can step in) but I calculate it as:Vametco EBITDA: $107.5MBushveld EBITDA (74%): $79.55MBushveld After-Tax Earnings (ignore DTAs, assume 38% tax rate): $49.32MBushveld After-Tax Earnings (GBP : 1.31): £37.65MOur % was 59.9 for 3 quarters and 74 in the 4th quarter was this taken into your calculations.As such it make the hole thing a lot harder.At least next years accounts will be a lot more straight forward.

You have to remember that most of last year we had a lower % but now we are on max 74% so going forward we will have a full year of 74% to look forward to

If I was in the steel business I would take full advantage of the low winter price and add as much as was available before it move to far north into the $130 $150 range.
Knowing that their is a shortage of supply grab what you can on the dips.
