Question if shares where suspended how would the shorts close they cant and when this did return the SP would open at least double before any could close.
We are not looking at suspension and the sad shorts will have to accept this and each one that is closed will boost the SP so firs close will be the least loss.
So boys get closing as we are all in fore more.

I think the real question is how much are the shorter going to have to pay to close

Will we open at 2p or above in an attempt to get a sell.
Also those looking to sell at 2.5 dont forget that the warrants will be sold and money into tom pot that alone will push SP past 5p

Well hears to the follow on from last week I can see another %250 on Monday with a bit of a pull back like Friday and if the shorts arn't closed off the same could happen all week.
This deal with Valkor now with no placing is transformable for TOM with to many enjoying shorting it

If this required a suspension to sort out forward selling it would have happened when suspended to sort out the RNS debacle, that time has now passed ant this will move to where it should be on the JV new so expect 10p to be the price and on next news of plant upgrades 25p
Also those banning on about fund raising the warrant will cover almost all the 1.5 mill thy originally wanted to raise so no stress their.

It would seem that some want to ignore the fact the placing wont happen Valkor are covering the costs so i assume the licence information was their mistake.
So for the time being the only costs will be uprating the plant on a 50/50
As those who have been in this for years read all the RNS's and now we have over a $1 million in warrants and we also know the main holder of these will need to cash them in to get their co out of the can
This is at last in a fantastic position and the buying will be relentless

Look at BMN they purchased a Vanadium plant and paid for it with the profits of the company in less than a year.
I hope this co follows the same way with their 50%
I also think that funding from loan notes for forward sales is a must for us now not dilution unless it is at a good premium rather than a discount.

1 If this was the original RNS we would be at 2p
2 Valkor must see the TOM land a very important to them so seem to be happy to fund up front our half.

Also a lot of shares purchased before suspension the forward selling of shares to hit the market that now will not arrive.

Just want to put people's mind at rest here. Like I said I'm an investor in Quadrise for the past 8 years and if there's one thing I can say our CEO Mike Kirk is pretty good on the ball.

We have a private members forum for Qfi shareholders and some on the forum have Mike's personal e-mail for questions which he answers immediately. We have constant communications, conference calls etc.

So bet your bottom dollar negotiations will be going on right now and some resolution will be forth coming.

It's in our best interests as well to get this moving.

As far as MSAR not working..... it does we have had shipping trials with Maersk who for some unknown reason said they wanted to pay twice as much for low sulphur diesel fuel.

And we have had trials in Lithuania power station which worked a dream.... just that Russian gas was cheaper.

This is a good synergy for us all and a quick resolution will be forth coming I'm sure.

Then they change direction to the oil sands and do a jv without due diligence, if this was solely the fault of Valkor then they should carry the burden of extra costs that TOM will now incur.
