As I see it the co has raised 3.5 mill with another 3.5 mill from warrants.
Petroteq needed funds so Greenfield where able to renegotiate a multi licence.
If the testing had been done before licence grant the the successful test could have resulted in expensive single licences.
Don't get me wrong i hate dilution, I am hoping short term pain long term gain.
