That was my question, my observation of his body language tells me that probably in the works (IMO) but its reassuring to know he recognises the value should be a lot higher if that is the case
Completely agree Daz- have you noticed how he only brings up KOD when it’s on an upswing? Seems like he’s choosing his moments. What’s more glaring is his bias towards PREM, given his investments there, always casting KOD in a lesser light. Just my personal observation on his writings.

On the contrary, I’m quite happy with these updates and pics. It’s encouraging to see real-time progress, what might seem unrefined at first glance is often a practical approach to local conditions. The images reflect a work in progress, and it’s the completion and operational functionality that truly matter.
Our Bougouni #Lithium Project in Mali is:
✅Fully Funded
✅Fully permitted
✅First production end FY’24
✅Imminent cash flow
✅Low cost, high return
✅Hard rock spodumene deposit
✅Development underway

28 april 23: exercised options over in aggregate 24,500,000 new ordinary shares
28 april 23: auditors changed
15 may 23: placing to raise £1,759,500 adding 190,216,216 new ordinary shares
19 may 23: further placing to raise £610,000 adding 65,945,946 new ordinary shares. george roach, chief executive officer, has agreed to participate in the placing at the placing price by way of a subscription of £110,000.
he raises £1,759,500 and then £610,000 and pretends to use £110,000 of "his own" money (money generated from rinsing the shareholders 4 days prior) in the subscription.
you couldn't make it up! rns's never lie, you just have to work out the information from them for yourselves.

Leo lithium which is literally next door to Bougouni finds more high-grade, thick intercept lithium!
Can’t wait for the remaining drill results from KOD and further expansion drilling in order to upgrade the resource!

Dazed- You’d be better off posting like this in the prem board telling johnnypc, Mr008, gemel etc. to not post on here! Also not de-ramping prem, just stating facts using direct quotes from actual prem RNS’s as reference.
1) obviously, not invested and so disappointed that you will have to wait at least another year for production.
A: More than happy to wait another year for production, at least I know KOD will be producing unlike prem where the pilot plant is to find out if there is any lithium in the ground worth mining for
?2) you know perfectly well that Suzhou TA&A will be buying PREM within a year maximum
A: No I don’t, any references or information justifying these cliams? I thought Telsa was going to buy prem? lol. Looks like you have a crystal ball that reflects your own wishes and desires and you brain converts them into facts for you
?3) the SP at KOD will be very volatile and us, traders will be making a killing for the next 9 months leaving the SP languishing for a while, do you want all the traders and long term holders from PREM starting to deramp KOD every day as well in this forum?
A: You do you mate (‘make a killing’)- looks like you know it all anyway with your claims. Tbh can’t fathom why a few posts on a BB would bother you if you know it all already anyways! And you and your guys are already on here day in day out!
?4) Could we be intelligent people and stay in our own forum?
A: Do you really think folks like 008 and johnnypc are or can be intelligent?
“Repayment through invoices raised by Suzhou TA&A for shipped SC6 should commence no later than 31 March 2023 at a minimum rate of 4,000 tonne per month on a rolling average basis following first Concentrate Production ("Supply Commencement Date"). If the Supply Commencement Date does not occur by 31 March 2023 or there is a substantive delay in the subsequent supply of SC6, then Premier shall pay interest to Suzhou TA&A at a reasonable interest rate that represents Suzhou TA&A's actual funding cost for the delay. If the Supply Commencement Date does not occur on or before 30 May 2023, then Suzhou TA&A may terminate and seek repayment of the Pre-Payment Amount.”

Beware of the ramping on this BB and DYOR . Sp rising on a pilot plant and no proven resource or JORC and if nothing is discovered or isn’t the required grade the fall will be waaayyy steeper!
Some facts for you Johnnypc:
“Until the plant operates, it is not possible to accurately predict either the feed grade of spodumene rich material reaching the floatation circuit, nor to predict the final concentrate grade, or final tonnage production rate. That is the nature of a pilot plant.”
The above is from the latest prem RNS Mon, 30th Jan 2023 07:00

#facts ignored lol
And if by some miracle and given George the Roach’s history you do find any lithium you will have go go through all the processes that KOD has just completed i.e. JORC, mining license, permits, plans etc. to be able to extract that lithium! Its called a Pilot Plant for a reason lol and if you don’t find anything by 31st March, Suzhou will start charging intrest on the loan they have provided to prove resource. There’s a reason why Suzhou didn’t JV and went for the loan!
You must be literally DazedandConfused!
1) Can you confirm what Prem will be producing? Lithium spodumene? what grade? SC5? SC6?
2) How much of this so called lithium will Prem be producing?
3) What is the length of mine?
Answer: You can’t- as there is no JORC and all of this so called ‘PRODUCTION’ is being done to find out if there is anything in the ground and there is a very real possibility that they might not find any type of lithium grade let alone SC5 or 6!
If I were you, I would get out while I can in profit and invest in KOD before nothing is discovered at Prem and everyone starts dumping their shares!
These ****s were expecting no funding and share price to fall below 0.2p for KOD not long ago:

In the near future, kod will fall below 0.20.
