Just woke up, half asleep...... Is it today or 2moro I need to take up the options???
If it is "us" doing this trial? http://www.rapid.nhs.uk/guides-to-nipd-nipt/nipt-for-down-syndrome/
Brilliant mate, thanks very much. My understanding is that this route will lower the amount that gets to the Amniocentesis stage... I too work in the NHS and know the cost of things - people would be both amazed and terrified! £10 for a little plastic syringe set.... Anyway, I digress. Entry into the NHS is obviously the goal as let's face it, it will be a cash cow and we have already done trials as can be seen by the paperwork previously posted. However, a vast market already exists outside the NHS and our product would negate the need for the tests to be sent abroad, knock 12 days of the time frame, sharpen their pencil from a financial point of view, improve result accuracy and will radically improve the set up of the existing testing model out there. If company A buy in to the new process and company B don't then company B will be left behind......
I'm a newbie. I know diddly squat about QRD. I've ring-fenced it in my head. At some date in the future it will hopefully add a couple of pence to my share price. As the clock ticks he will push harder to broker a deal as he will want to Maximise his return now his gravy train is over, as the clock Ticks he will accept "a deal" as opposed to "no deal". Little Brucie bonus one day down the line....
Much quicker turn around time, 2 days as a opposed to 2 weeks. Tests done in the UK not sent abroad to China or Canada or US. We are not looking to displace the competition. We are looking to offer them OUR test at more competitive prices with a quicker turn around as it can be done in house not at specialist labs. The end game will be to have it as the norm across the NHS and to export. Despite what some wish to believe re the historical problems with VIY this is a separate new entity and like it or not Reynolds is a respected and sought after businessman. Imagine the options that were on the table for VIY, I can guarantee you there were several very good companies that were looked at and THIS is the one that was chosen as the best option going forward. Their own money is in it, plus very large II's. It's the "competition" that will be worrying, they will have to jump on board or be left behind.
Hello lump ( we have some mad names on here don't we!!) I think that extra bit is were you can ask for extra shares over and above.
£6.75 buy was mine.... I'm joking of course.......
Yes you can.
whats with the 14.29% spread !?? if we had an influx of buying this would rocket!
Larry got 5 warnings in 5 years.... Therefore ban. The last one was for live prices.
I can't sleep.... Why life time ban? Surely he will just Phoenix himself?
mark@vialogy.com I don't like giving that out on a BB and I know mark reads them. But - as it's a massive transitional phase for all of us and we all have questions about our money and investment and we deserve to know everything we can.
I agree, one day we could get a VEC Brucie bonus out the blue....
I'm trying to get to sleep here!!!! Just done night shift!!!That cut and pasted reply was in direct reply to me asking if THEIR targets could be hit by simply consolidating...please email Mark for clarification. anything we need asking should be as we are part owners of the company.
I've not spoken to Adam, Mark is great tho. I'm off to bed now - email mark for confirmation re Adams dad and to see if they can correct the error. I'm sure he will understand as we are all heavy share holders. His email is at bottom of RNSs....
"Thank you for your email. I can understand your concern and can assure that we cannot simply consolidate the shares to meet the option price criteria. If there was a 3:1 consolidation the option price would go up in the same ratio."
2) Mark from VIY has previously confirmed to me that the options WILL increase in line with any consolidation - and I have this in black and white. All your points need clarification though - e.g. Their target price rising in line with consolidation, The 9% discount and lapse etc.....please can you contact Mark (email at bottom of RNSs) for clarification???
Think your right, think I will swerve this BB till the end of the month.
"Around 50-60 per cent. of the price of tests from other service providers to allow laboratory customers to achieve typical profit margins"
