I don't see anything misworded or ambiguous a bit that RNS, it just wasn't as rosey as the market hoped for. It was an honest statement of where they are. No misrepresentation. There shouldn't be alarm bells off the back of this. I'll watch with interest to see where this share is just before full year results are released.

Of course it's not good news at the moment/today. But the way the market reacted is as if they'd made big losses or even revenue or profits had fallen, which they haven't. They have cash and make profits, they are paying a dividend, they will be able to execute their plans to outperform going into Xmas. Or they won't.. However, it looks a solid business to me. When did 18-30 year olds ever stop buying make up? Then you ask, "are they on trend" if you follow their social media campaigns on Twitter etc, you'd know they are. I remain optimistic for full year results and will keep faith.

Agree with some of your points. They will certainly need to over deliver in the second half of the year, for the sp to return to anywhere near previous highs. It's not the same as hard results, but the forward looking comments were encouraging. China expansion, US growth etc. The company also has a strong balance sheet to support these plans.

Tiny free float is the reason. It doesn't take much to move the share price. Overreaction to RNS though imo. Looking forward to key Christmas period, and looking at the growth of US market and plans for China, things are looking good. Also no debt and cash in bank has doubled compared to last year. Orders for Xmas 2017 are SIGNIFICANTLY ahead of last year. Happy to hold. People should use this drop as buying op. I will be.

Pis or iis selling thinking we've seen the highest highs.? . Did you see those last results...?! Cash generative, profit making, growing business "on trend". The price point of the goods will make it resilient to any retail sector downward pressure. As I said before young women will not be without affordable make up. Look at the target market. Nothing to worry about here.

It is strange, buys appear to outweigh sells this am,yet price dropped. Those with enough patience wait a couple of months for interims, where the complete turnaround of the company should be confirmed, may be handsomely rewarded. Especially if buying at today's bargain prices. But if course this is AIM so DYOR etc.

For the avoidance of doubt. Results showed a fantastic turnaround. I did spend the morning looking at them on the day and it's also my day job... So I should know. Half yearly Interims will be out in September. And I expect them to blow the doors off. Just look at Plus 500. There may possibly be a trading update before then if they think it's warranted, but I think unlikely.

Sp movement has been ridiculous. But hey, if you can't wait for the update six months into 2017,.. sell sell sell. Jeez. Personally will not be selling. Unless of course interims are trash, which given Dec 2016 turnaround is very unlikely imo. What do I know? I'm an FCCA so I understand the accounts as a minimum.

They had £16.2m of current assets at 31 Dec 2016. Of which £4.3m was cash and £11.9m was short term receivables. Net assets (after deduction of short term liabilities) was £7.8m.

Cash burn (see cash flow statement) and continued losses. Albeit both massively improved from 2015 leaves cash in hand at £4m at 31 December 2016. People should consider we are seven months into 2017. Interims should confirm further traction in recovery and hopefully moving forward towards break even or modest profit and much reduced cash burn. It has turned. If you're selling at these prices it's because you think there will be no better price than the damp sqib of a reaction the 2016 results produced. I'd say do yourself a favour and at least wait for 2017 interims before you decide. And if you aren't already in, I don't think you'll get a much better price for a recovery play.

It's already turned. Those results were from December 2016. We're six months on. Considering the extent of that turnaround, can't call those bad results imo.

Interims should show continued progress, will be interesting. Need to bear in mind that today's results showing a turnaround and big improvement were from 6 months ago! Year ended 31 December 2016. Great price for entry/top up now considering.

Agreed regarding short term. But it's short sighted. You should only regret holding into today if you were hoping to make a quick trading profit. In which case it may have blown up in your face. For those not trading short term, you should take great confidence from the results to 31 December 2016. Just the start. Give it a few months. Knee jerk reaction of brainless "sell on the news" mantra combined with small float suppresses price below yesterdays price incredibly. Bargain.

Just finished going through these properly. (I'm an Audit Manager in my day job) It's all in the detail. Hell of a turnaround. If this was the situation for the year ended 31 December 2016, with such a massive improvement in gross margin, I can only imagine how good the 2017 interim results will be. Stonking buy down here. I won't be selling a bean just yet. Erratic movement today due to tiny free float and hoard of traders waiting to sell on results, now oversold. Short termism.. Should have waited, give this till interims. I appreciate some traders one bagged. This is worth more than that imo.

They're cash generative. Cash in bank. Profitable. Tiny free float (hence volatility). You have to ask yourself.. even in times of recession, are teenage girls (18-30) EVER going to go without cheap makeup (on Trend) for a night out . Unlikely I think. This is a solid growth share which should be very resilient.

Given that the RNS states that contracts gained will almost double revenue, making the company profit generative from 2017 and even more so in 2018, the seeming lack of interest is hilarious. Good luck finding a better investment proposition in AIM. There may be some..but there sure isn't many. To think some people are selling at around 8p. Jeeez. As the company goes from strength to strength. But hey don't underestimate that sentiment, and those in for a quick 10-20%. Each to their own. Agreed live prices funk up isn't helping probably.

They still need to do an RTO as stated in the company investing strategy before the suspension can be lifted. If they don't manage to do an RTO before the deadline, they have stated they will wind up GWIK and distribute the value of the investment they made in i3 to GWIK shareholders. No idea how that would happen exactly, but better than nothing I guess.

Interesting RNS. I would like to think we'll be hearing more news in the next few weeks, about their plans for this.
