Just as long as everyone is aware and fully prepared for the event of a no deal and this will be back to 10P the price it was before all the hype and jv news .
Anyone invested must be prepared to lose the majority of their money here .

Did anyone else spot the change in stance today from aaz .In the RNS on the 19th they said they" Will" enter a JV with CGNR however todays rns clearly stated they were "negotiating "a JV with CGNR and thats a big difference.
This is a clear change of tone and doesn't sound like its a done at all if they are still at the negotiation table .This could still collapse along with the cgnr sp so be very careful i would say .

I don't think Prof Conroy would terminate the deal with AAZ for another JV even if it was better terms.But they might have received an offer for the whole company that is taking time and serious consideration before it can be a recommended offer to shareholders .What is in shareholders best interest a full takeover or a JV .

Sounds positive he's hardly going to come on and say its all off .He will talk about the future and the JV .Drop does look overdone .

Conroy has to be in control at all costs look at what he did to keep control at KDR last year .If there's any way that the Prof will lose the reigns under the JV im telling you all now it won't be happening unless Prof is in charge at the head of the table

What upset these today down 9.5P and there were only 7 trades !

With them only being merely hopeful now of a deal it doesn't sound very hopeful at all .Why couldn't they say they are confident of a deal to be signed imminently? No because there isn't one the deal is on a knifes edge and aaz don't think it will happen .
If that is the case be rest assured this will definitely collapse with sub 10P in sight nothing surer .

It will fall to around 30P bid tomorrow followed by a further fall to 25P next week .This was 19P when the jv announced so somewhere between 20P and todays close seems likely whilst the uncertainty of the jv collapsing exists imo.

Some interesting posts on the aaz thread on the other site posters not wanting the deal and last chance saloon for CGNR many thinking the jv will collapse.
The fact is even after todays red pen day these have a long way to fall if this jv falls through it will be off 50% in no time and then drift gradually sub 10P .
I've held stocks before where the sps are inflated by jv deals and the collapses are spectacular when the dreaded rns hits to confirm talks terminated.
Might aswell sell and wait in cash imho for the jv confirmation and then buy in at 8 am .
The sp here isn't going anywhere whilst this cloud hangs over the company.

It is also worrying that AAZ are now only hopeful a deal can be done that statement alone may suggest the jv is at material risk of not happening. If they had said still confident then that would be different .Going to fall back to 25Pish is this very quickly on the uncertainty alone.

If these issues can not be sorted this will more than likely crash back to 10P if the JV collapses.The prof is extremely stubborn and doesn't give anything away .The JV could very well be in serious trouble.

Not going to be a very good day mms were desperate for sellers and they made them sell .Switched off on line buys sellers waiting could see no buying and pressed the button .They fall for that one every time and is now the mms favourite tool to get traders to sell.
