MO I am hearing that a listing in May is now unlikely, and that towards the end of the year is more realistic. Complexity of information and the desire to avoid publishing sensitive information appear to be behind the delay.
I am wondering if an IPO will give way to some sort of merger instead. A merger with an already listed company might speed things up, avoid publication of sensitive matters and enable a scaling up of size of operations to give better returns to investors.

.......................Our bulk mining capacity has been depleted because of decreased ore grades, but we are now seeing a growth in domestic critical mineral potential. Although this will never meet our entire critical mineral needs, the shortening of supply chains and production of feedstock domestically is the first step towards reducing vulnerability and tapping into the £7 billion-per-year industry.

We know of UK critical minerals deposits in the south-west of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Cornish lithium is key to UK critical mineral potential, securing battery-grade lithium from geothermal brine. Elsewhere in the region, Tungsten West is reopening a globally significant tungsten deposit in Devon and Cornwall, and Cornish Metals has the potential to supply industrial levels of tin for the British economy. Not only are such projects significant to our industrial objectives, but they provide an alternative year-round economy to Cornwall and the south-west, where the community has rich mining heritage. In Northern Ireland, Dalradian Gold has the potential to deliver significant copper for the
UK economy. Such companies require support to unlock the potential in our regions and secure critical minerals sourced from home....................................................................

I have not looked at NN before, so an interesting presentation
Page 73 particularly useful. One wonders how the ban on purchases of Russian metals will impact the market balances of the four metals shown.
I guess there must be a big risk in NN having Western sanctions applied, or having Kremlin control imposed.

This caught my eye, Troajan:-
PALLADIUM
Russia is the world’s largest producer of palladium, a precious metal used in jewelry and vehicle exhausts. It produced an estimated 99 tonnes in 2007, or 44 percent of global output of 225 tonnes. Second-placed South Africa produced an estimated 83 tonnes, or 37 percent of the world total.
Norilsk Nickel is the main producer.

Electric Royalties ltd are parting with shares and cash worth around £250,000 in exchange for a 1% NSR from the Sleitat project. That suggests to me, that there is a significant chance of this project firing up. Up to now, investors have not thought there was a lot of value in both the Sleitat and the Nickel King projects, but both this deal and the recent rise in the Nickel price would now suggest otherwise. Good news.
