Perhaps shareholders should not vote away their pre-emption rights. Then the company would be forced to offer existing shareholders first bite of the next financing round. Why should AIM shareholders put up with having their value diluted away by discounted placings to outsiders?

In the past when I asked about whether PHE had patented its DMG or processes, I understood it had not done so intentionally as filing a patent involves disclosing IP secrets for all to see and PHE thought it best not to do so.

If the patents are not going to cover the Asian region there must be a risk that the technology will be copied/used over there without benefit to PHE. We will have to hope that the high cost of set up may discourage the IP pirates. I wonder what has brought about this change of view.

Anyone know what state the Williams shaft is in? It is 915m deep, 5.8m dia, and appears to be the nearest shaft to the recently discovered wide formation (WF) which was recently intercepted by CB21 002 at around 620m and 650m. The WF extends to surface on page 14 of

I would assume the three potential funders all backed off as copper prices fell and as interest rates rose. The RNS comment:-

"the project remains an extremely attractive one from an investors perspective" appears to have been premature.

The shares were sold from September 26, 2022 to April 18, 2023. My understanding is that there should have been an announcement when a threshold was breached. It follows Osisko not taking part in the placing last year. Osisko following the sales were down to a 8.6% holding.
