This has been going on a long time, and probably getting close to them, having to settle the invoices, so in the spirit of fair play, escalating it now, simply drags it further down the road, especially if you know, you are facing a large payout... Dhsc dont care, its not their money!

Frankly as we are only 50% dependent on UK for revenue, Id be pushing hard to make them settle if we have "strong grounds" to make them pay? #soonerthebetter imo
