Dont think anyone has lost interest, more so driving a hard bargain, but, GM had it easy to start with and capitalized on a situation of panic supply... well done for getting in first!

However, he perhaps wasnt a thorough as he should have been in his haste to get an 8 mil bonus, (who wouldnt!), leaving DA to then deal with the aftermath?

Which was a brave challenge, but like Bio and Tata and probably others waiting in the wings, he saw the "MASSIVE" potential going forward? Naively he maybe thought it would be an easier fix than first assumed, but has stuck at job and I am sure is trying?

However, he needs sentiment on his side and belief in his actions, to do this he really does need to up his PR game (which he supposedly very good at?) and get everyone on board again.

Finally Dhsc hasnt helped, but again, this need clarity and stop pussy footing around them, we have cash to pursue our innocence and win and indeed Compo, but all this silence and sitting on the fence isnt helping IMO.

Logic head back on, but we do need some regular positive helpful informative info, to spread the word as we PI's do?

Cap, the only thing that springs to my mind, is that IF, it was a 5% requirement, to achieve a specific vote for Nova (and DA or BoD knew Bio BoD well enough), there could be a reciprocal arrangement?
