Maybe because they want know, why the "talks" have not yet concluded and how much longer?
Maybe because they want to know why the BoD who, up until now have only agreed to official and forced (Align) meets and are now agreeing to lunch with a few current and prospective investors?
My question is Why? if a deal is close, why bother side tracking, why not focus on the 20 mil phase 3? or is it a case of back a step to 201 phase 2?
Most disappointing they have not clarified an sp affecting news as soon as known? They are the rules George and you are not above them?

Dont think 5 bil is correct, but, I do believe, a bil is possible, once we get some concrete info from BoD what has been negotiated, for phase 3 and if 201 is speeded up? In pharma monetary terms, a bil is pocket change to the big boys and probably worth all the hassle free stress of getting to phase 3?

Now, 3k a week, is a lot, to the normal person in the street, shop worker, factory worker, railwayman or even policeman, maybe school teacher, and alike, but to most business owners, or indeed middle higher management, it really isnt that big a deal? Nice but not wonderful and so, if the BoD could top off say 10 years of 150k ish with a nice far final bonus of say 1,2,3 mil, dont you think that they would be doing there utmost to achieve this?

Hence, after so long, I cant see them giving up on the home straight, whether they have one hurdle to jump or two or three... IMO They will want to gallop past the winning post and into retirement with a lump sum? So, perhaps as I said earlier, why not host a meet where we can all come and listen, to your reasoning, rather than BB banter ?

cant say much... ethics and all that, but lunch was apparently for around 2 dozen Val supporters (new and current) to meet with some of BoD?

what I could not fathom, was why this one person was trying to put this meet together and more so, why certain BoD were agreeing to attend when we are supposed to be in middle of JV talks etc...

I can say it was being planned for 5th Dec and nr Euston, I am assuming close to station, for ease of transport?

Personally, Ive not seen a lower buy price than 1.35 ish, since these daily drops have been happening?

So, does that mean, its 33% profit on forward sold shares at 1p or shorters paying 33% to get out of the short

Second point, if it hits 1p, (which I personally doubt), before any rise, the news will need to be substantial? As the next cash raise is likely to be their last, if no substantial news is issued?

I must say I am concerned about the possible luncheon meeting of the 5th, as I was made aware of the agenda?

Perhaps I should have taken the opportunity but saw no reason to bother, knowing said agenda... and knowing the list of BoD attendee's it does make me wonder at what point these "in talks" are at?

IMO George needs less of the Pompous and more of the Press releases please....

deliberate imo, and drops are looking for stop losses, someone is accumulating imo... otherwise on vols, it should be rising a little not just drop drop drop... really looking forward to when this concludes....

I have always said, I expected max share issue, ie 960 mil is and around 50p to a pound ish a share, for all four compounds...

So, IMO other than the unwanted silence, (possibly caused by the arguing and phone calls and emails to said BoD) I would expect a full sale at some point for between 50p and 100p+ valuing Co between 1/2 and a billion quid?

Now, whether all have the resolve to hang in there, until that day, who know's, but 70p on a whim and 7p (probably BS created, but who knows for sure), I am hoping for third time lucky :)
