I would say he has done an excellent job of lining his pockets! Now it is time to line those, who have supported and shown loyalty to Val of the many years and release the details of the deal...

not agreeing Val is perfect, but the idea's product lines seem very good, it is just the attitude of couple that imo are holding Val back from greater things, as the ego's wont let go !!!

imo ego's have to be taken out of the equation when negotiating, for ALL of Val investors, Directors Shareholders City Brokers etc.... but, it seems an all about me culture sadly...

Id rather holders, commented, than those with "No Holding" and another agenda :(

Still we will find out soon enough, unless of course George is replaced as COO due to ill heath and quite frankly that could be very good for Val's financial health?

NB: The powerhouse of any Co, should be the CEO with the Support of the BoD not the COO in charge, because his ego is bigger than his ability to deliver (love for you to prove me wrong George)]

But, a change in approach to offers received and still in the wind, may help the good ship Val and not sink it!

and I personally think shares are in short supply at the moment and hence the sp being dropped deliberately?
