Well I am sure many will be asking (sneaky) questions to the team at the UK Investor show, on the 30th, so expect a busy BB on the morning of the 31st and yes, I am expecting a "Formal" update by rns at end of 1st quarter?

and Why not, it was indicated that this is simply an agreement of boundaries being finalised? not bloody Brexit!

Considering most of BoD are close to retirement, age, and Im sure some could already, if they wanted ? (looking at said Home Addresses). But, why walk now, when so close... Nah must be more to this than meets the eye?

They stated news by end of 1st quarter, its literally couple weeks away, I say patience until then, and see what transpires.... THEN decide what to do next?

you know as well as I, that it depends on shares in issue at the time, we were going for 60 mil, but a couple of large pledges gave me encouragement to aim higher, plus even with another cash raise of half remaining, 80 mil would be more than sufficient... that having said, I am not going to disclose at what point I will - make that call? Other than it will be in April not March... for obvious reasons... I want them to come good, I want this to be easy street, not sleazy street!

It has come to my attention that someone called Fragma post 917 has stated that he/she believes there will be an early cash raise due to a fragmented group of shareholders, "maybe" dropping an Egm, on BoD?

And so, by saturating market with more shares, it would stop this! It has been clearly stated the Group are moving towards 80 mil pledged shares! IN CASE they are needed, not to use as a stick to threaten, but more of a stick for self defence

I can also state, if we (the group) chose to go for it, it will not happen before the end of the month?

We are waiting along with all others, for the Update RNS and hopefully good news ands also the opportunity to go visit Val at the UK Investor show on the 30th... to see how positive our BoD and Exec team really are, in the face of concerned lth's? Secondhand or not!

So, there is NO NEED to do an early cash raise, because of us, other than of course, for your own benefit? and also, if you did, you would make your telephone friends statement, of earlier, look rather foolish?
