Its good etiquette, when entering a room, to say hello, the same would be said of any person entering a Company, in a position of power, to introduce himself, in a confident manner, unlike the agm shambles?

So, I am personally doubting, that he either, been told not to, or doesnt want to engage with the shareholders, so is it lack of confidence, or being directed from above? I thought a I CEO was supposed to lead, so why the silence, when a confident intro is all that is needed?

Like I said manners, cost nothing and yet go a long way, imo?

That is interesting, so a lower position, than I thought, I can now see why the CEO position was so inviting?

Will be quite a challenge to go from business sales, to overall responsibility, I wonder who make the final decision on his selection?

Frankly he needs to place his stamp on things, imo, sort of take the bull by the Horns, as this is no time to be fence sitting!

Bloody good up beat PR release, show the market he has the balls to take this on & succeed!

I would have also liked, a brief explanation, of why he left his COO position, with a much larger & diverse Co, to take on, the current situation at Nova? As he must have asked why, GM leaving, why Dhsc happened, what is expected of him, the time scales & of course, what he can do for them, how he will achieve it & does he feel, moving from bigger to smaller fish, will benefit, him, Nova & the shareholders!

A small glimpse into his answers of the above, will tell us a great deal & imo, improve sp a great deal!

It cannot be all cloak & daggers, there has to be some light shed on out future that he can share! Or was the incentibe dangles that great, he simply could not refuse!!!! #ClearTheAir #ShowUsTheWayForward - even a glimpse! all imo
