RNS as I understand it, IF there is information known to the Co, that "could" be SP affecting either UP or down, then it is the responsibility of the directors, to bring that information to the shareholder by way of an offical RNS not Twitter or other social media?

Considering that Nova, doesmore revenue than the rest put together and has focused on increasing its sales and other staff and has a portfolio of products considered to be the best "Gold Star" in the biz and has around 100 million pounds in its coffers, even HALF of that would make most other Co's feel warm and fuzy! And the current situation, seems to be one mutation after another, irrespective of severity? Then the fact they havent RNS'd a single thing ?

Shows, a: arrogance (and maybe why dhsc) are playing silly buggers still?
b: they have NOTHING to announce (which I dont believe for a moment)
c: there is a conflict of interest in that they have the mother of all TAKEOVERS being
finalised and that it cannot released to market until deal is signed and sealed due to
a NDO... which I feel is the most likely situation?
