I emailed them in early June asking for an update when their shares were in suspension. This is the response i got: 'Unfortunately due to confidentiality provisions I am unable to share with you any details of the current discussions. When we are in a position to make an announcement we will do so to all of the shareholders of ERT. I’m sorry that I cannot be more specific at this time.' I havent emailed them since then as I didnt feel they would come back with anything useful based on previous experience, please let me know if you get a response from them.

The Company confirms that its Nominated Adviser, WH Ireland Limited, has resigned with immediate effect. Accordingly, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, the Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM pending the appointment of a replacement nominated adviser. The Company has one month to replace WH Ireland Limited as nominated adviser, failing which admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

Trading Update 29 June 2016 Further to the announcement released at 12.15 pm on 26 May 2016 requesting a suspension of trading in the Company's shares, the Company announces that it will be unable to publish its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 by close of business on 30 June 2016 as required by AIM Rule 19 for Companies, because the audit for that year will not be completed by that time. The Company also announces that it continues to be in discussion with a third party in order to develop a proposal for the consideration of shareholders as regards the Company's future which it is expected will include securing a capital injection with a view to enable the Company to carry on trading.

Thanks Truro, That is how i understand it aswell....From the Sept 2015 statement: 'Final scope of the £20.5m project for the Gibraltar Wastewater Treatment Plant agreed and ratification of the tender award expected shortly from H.M Government of Gibraltar' There is no mention that they are not thinking of going ahead with it. In the March 2016 statement this is corroborated by 'H.M Government of Gibraltar has announced that the project will proceed and we expect a formal contract award by mid-year.' Having a Laugh, You mentioned a Gibraltar Government official in China that was in the press talking about he project have you a weblink for that? Also, you mention the 28th June as the budget meeting date, where did you get that date from? (Ive had a search on the internet and i can't seem to find the date).

in your opinion does the contract mean both Northumberland and Modern water stump up the construction costs and they recoup the money after it's operational? If this is the case, can anyone on the board speculate how the contract value of £20m is made up?

If so, when is the next threshold where they have to release rns of holdings?

The RNS shows thaton friday they sold shares to a point where they now own less than 5%. Are they probably still selling hence the pull back in price mon and tues?

I did a dummy sell earlier to see what price id be offered for my shares but went onto NT, I'm new to this, so pardon my ignorance, wouldn't it go straight to market rather than NT if there is a shortage of Shares and MM wanted them?
