Yeah i would imagine quite a few have been waiting on the sidelines hoping for a drop and now their wish has come true. Nice dividend coming up so the drop represents a good buying opportunity. Just remember why it had a rise in the first place. Markets up today so why it's dropping must be market makers wanting some shares. I would say Friday sell off from profit takers but the buys outweigh the sells so that squashes that argument

Some big buys today. I don't understand the sells though, i mean what price did you get in. Is it worth buying if you're going to sell before it's had a half decent rise?

Yep anyone's guess. Anything can happen over night so always a gamble. I'm hoping a rally into the close then definitely open higher tomorrow barring any overnight bad news from anything that can effect the share price

Why is there buy trades at £12.15 @ 14:27? i didn't see the price go that high

Hopefully if we can finish above 1200 with a little rally at the end of the day it will make a good start for tomorrow morning while I'm eating my crumpets

Maybe if the UK and EU done what trump has done and stop wasting billions and billions on imagination and Ukraine and God knows what else we could buy more goods from the US and show we are trying to level the playing field. Maybe that could also put more money in our pockets to invest which would also help

There could be a a reason someone is making you feel positive as well. Remember it's a dog eat dog world. Has to be winners and losers unfortunately.

But will gas and oil prices being lower under trump be good for DEC. I agree hopefully production up and exports will be good along with the stronger dollar

Yesterday traders was buying at a price of 245 and selling at 244 right the way up to the bell so how can LSE close the price at 238?
